HEY YOU says

Non-myths.

Trump is now a 6 time draft dodger never having to physically face the enemy.

Although at great risk he will sit behind a desk and let other DIE, at his order.

Ironman is a Socialist, using all the Tax funded infrastructure?

At great sacrifice he will ride on highways of which the taxes he's paid would not pave a mile,

maybe a 100 feet of single lane pig trail.

Doesn't matter if anyone does the same thing. Using these Socialist programs makes YOU A SOCIALIST!

ALL REPUBLICANS ARE SOCIALISTS. They've done nothing on their own.

They think they built america, wrong, They built their GREAT SOCIALIST STATE of aMERICA

BOYCOTT ALL REPUBLICANS! We must destroy the true threat to DEMOCRACY.

Good morning, Hey you. Did the wife make you take out the garbage again?

I am so glad to finally discover that the definition of "myth" is knee jerk, guilt ridden across the board denial.

Also, nice job disputing the FACTS!!!

I've shown some of them to be true many, many times. It's not hard-just requires one to be able to read.

This clearly shows the economic strategy in the west for the past 35 years has been a failure.
Yet no economist, pundit or elite wants to recognize that fact. Why?
All they have to propose is more of the same. No wonder we find ourselves with Trump now.

79454   Ceffer   2017 Jan 14, 10:29pm

If you took the MillXYs fucking cell phones away from them until they got bored, they would probably work more and be 30 percent ahead.

Many economics statistics are not that negative: Americans private wealth, unemployment, home prices, retail sales....

But all these statistics mask how the status quo was maintained while the economy was hollowed: i.e. by loading more and more financial weight on the youngest generations:
- high home prices: good for boomers, bad for millennials
- student debts: injects money in the economy, but load the millennials like donkeys from the get-go
- exploding national debt
- unfounded pensions.
etc, etc...

Interesting article. Why won't they just retire?

https://www.theatlantic.com/business/archive/2012/10/who-destroyed-the-economy-the-case-against-the-baby-boomers/263291/

"CRESCENT LAKE, Ore.--My father taught me how to throw a baseball and divide big numbers in my head and build a life where I'd be home in time to eat dinner with my kid most nights...

...On behalf of future generations, I am accusing him and all the other parasites his age of breaking the sacred bargain that every American generation will pass a better country on to its children than the one it inherited....

...Ultimately, members of my father's generation--generally defined as those born between 1946 and 1964--are reaping more than they sowed. They graduated smack into one of the strongest economic expansions in American history. They needed less education to snag a decent-salaried job than their children do, and a college education cost them a small fraction of what it did for their children or will for their grandkids. One income was sufficient to get a family ahead economically. Marginal federal income-tax rates have fallen steadily, with rare exception, since boomers entered the labor force; government retirement benefits have proliferated. At nearly every point in their lives, these Americans chose to slough the costs of those tax cuts and spending hikes onto future generations....

...They will leave the workforce far wealthier than their parents did, with even more government promises awaiting them...Those retirees and near-retirees bequeath a shambles to their offspring..".

79463   Shaman   2017 Jan 15, 6:44am

They are retiring now at least.
Finally.
Generally the most useless baggage at any university, corporation or firm, they're finally taking that golden parachute to inconsequence.

Over the past few years, as the Millennial generation has grown into its own, in 2016 surpassing Baby Boomers as the nation's largest living generation according to the Census (Americans aged 18-34 in 2015 now number 75.4 million, surpassing the 74.9 million Baby Boomers aged 51-69), in the process becoming the fulcrum support of the US economy, it has also prompted many questions:

Why aren't Millennials investing in the stock market?

Why aren't they starting families and buying houses?

Why are they living in their parents' basements well into their thirties?

Why don't they just... spend?

The latest answer to all these questions came yesterday following a new analysis of Fed data by the Young Invincibles group, according to which with a median household income of $40,581, despite being better educated, millennials now earn 20% less than boomers did at the same stage of life in 1989, who earned $50,910 some 25 years ago.

Her problem is location. She and her BF need to move south. They'll never do well in Milwaukee unless they're doctors, nurses or lawyers and maybe not even then.
