The expansion is 2007-2009. That was Bush's budgets. Obama didn't submit his first budget until march 2009 and it didn't go into effect until sept 30 2009.

You've posted nothing to back that statement up. Your chart is too broad to tell. The only thing that can be said for sure is that there has been NO recent dramatic increase in government employees. That is a fact

You need a chart or link to know what the federal governments fiscal year is and when the budgets are done? Actually the more relevant question is whether or not you know that governments operate on a budget and hiring is done within that budget? It appears not.

If you are too dumb to look at the already posted chart and mentally overlay the fiscal years onto it then no amount of links or charts is going to help you. The FACT is the increase in federal employees happened in Bush's last 2 budgets.
