As engineer, the reason why we tend to dislike many parallel laws is that make every thing a person does a moving target from some time of regulation or enforcement.

Earth to TLL, these people were already in transit to the country with a valid visa when trump signed the order. Where does the constitution address the issue of what to do with people on a long haul flight when a president signs an order? I missed that part. Want to cut and paste if for me?

Last time I checked the constitution assigned people called judges to sort out how how to deal with issues not specifically addressed in the constitution. Did that change?
