I see mostly "buy" or "strong buy" ratings...yet, it keeps dropping...So far I have been buying on every $ down move. Although, yesterdays 4.5% down opening I missed.

I don't quite get whats not to like about a 50% surprise earnings company with a 8.3% (as of today) dividend.

My interpretation is that if Trump finds out their methods for producing information on the Russian operation that ended up crossing paths with Trump's associates, he will shut down those operations to sabotage the investigation. That is an opinion about Trump's behavior. It is not an admission of her own behavior.
