Until today, you could scroll down on listings and see comps for houses on the market and comps for houses that sold with individual price per square foot and average price per square foot. Now it looks like they are no longer providing this data and you have to calculate the average yourself. Is this true?

It seems like Redfin is slowly making a lot of information more difficult to come by. Are they caving to pressure from "Realtors" or am I just being paranoid? I have had several different "real estate professionals" try to get me to believe data that just isn't correct in attempts to get me to over bid on houses. It seems as if the industry really benifits from an ignorant public.

I'm a little PO'd right now...

I registered, and just looked and seems like it all that is there. Maybe they limit it to registered users now? There was no charge for registering.

Update: I jumped the gun...just site maintenance. I keep hearing how Realtors want to block info so I guess I reacted "irrationally" :)

I use REDFIN a lot, hopefully they don't become another Trulia.

I wish PAtrick property reports will have an AUTO redfin link

Just click the Google link on any of the property pages. That will usually get you to the Redfin page for that property if there is one.
