Last year, CA handed out $10k for newly built home buyer credit. This year, we hand out $10k to first time home buyer.

Aren't CA's budget already in red and cutting corner in education and other spending? I will prefer saving this $100 mil for other purpose. Those legislators in Sacramento must be receiving handsome reward by passing this law from real estate interest groups.
The bribe is quite attractive if combining with soon-to-be expired fed's 8k tax credit.
