Why is "interracial" always assumed as Chocolate + Vanilla? I'm in an interracial relationship, but nobody ever assumes it is. Most people I know are in interracial relationships. It's just not the generalized Chocolate + Vanilla. It's okay. For me, it's more like French Vanilla + Butterscotch. It's still interracial.

What if someone is mexican, but totally "white" such as Louis CK, and they are with someone who is say of European descent, maybe Italian, and somewhat dark skinned. Is that interracial ?
