I'm set to look at a few duplexes in the east bay this weekend. I've been looking around at housing for the past year or so, and this will be my first tour with a real estate agent, using Redfin.
I plan on living in one of the units, and I've done some research on what I can expect to receive in rent from the remaining units.
When touring duplexes, are there any specific questions I should be asking, or specific things I should be looking at? On of the duplexes is completely vacant, while the others have 1 current tenant.
Any special concerns I should have when looking at duplexes?
Hi,
I'm set to look at a few duplexes in the east bay this weekend.
Your advice is appreciated.
Thanks!
