I don't think he was that worried about the phone call. I think he was just switching screen names to be a more effective troll. Didn't he switch it from "Oracle" to "Egads" while keeping the same avatar? If he were worried about people finding out who he was, I don't think he'd keep the same avatar.

And I suspect that this particular threat wouldn't hold much water in a court of law: "conditional threats are true threats if their context reasonably conveys to the victim that they are intended." Doesn't seem too likely when directed at an anonymous internet troll...

Ha ha. I knew you'd be back, Bigsby. How many times have you given us a goodbye speech now? Three? Just couldn't stay away; had to come back and level your lame false accusation once again. You are one angry dude.

Actually, I still read the site and will no doubt continue to do so from time to time, but I had till now decided not to post again and stopped doing so at the weekend. For this, though, I will make an exception till Patrick removes my account as requested. I didn't post that message (at least not intentionally) - it is exactly the same (though reversed for some reason) as a previous post, 203, and is not something I would want or have any need to repost. It is, I presume, a glitchy delayed posting of an edited comment. And I'd be happy to remove the post but didn't want to do so without comment.
And I'm not particularly angry, though you do irritate the hell out of me. You, however, are most certainly projecting as any cursory read through of your posts demonstrates.

Hmmm.. I guess you're right. I remember that now. Roberto totally flipped out and spent all day resurrecting dead threads from the same guy and writing a whole bunch of posts in a row. I obviously have a bad memory. I take that back about him not being on my radar.

Apparently there is no more "egads", which is a fucking shame because he at least gave a counterpoint to the poor fools on here who lost thousands or even millions. There are many sad individuals who didn't buy and who are very bitter about it. Misery loves company and they want YOU to be miserable as well.

Wow, an old thread got revived. Looking at this 11.5 year old thread now, I’m not sure who are the real victims of the housing market… I cringe when I hear someone calls others sheeple, stupid or dumbass as we don’t know who is actually smarter than whom. That’s just me.

Well, he was right about two bottoms back then.

It's irrelevant to debate housing in a country that continues unfettered immigration and subsidizing home buying and renting programs. If it wouldn't engage in the above the outlook would have been bearish most of the past decades, but so there is constant pressure to house people and house prices will never crash significantly until subsidies and immigration are removed. Instead prices will keep going up with smaller dips here and there, similar to the stock market. After realizing the above fact, we bought at one of the many called tops and are already 15%-20% above it. Wine country was totally worth it
