Yeah, I posted the one you mention above.
There appears to be great deals in multi-family housing, at least in this section of Oakland.
Being that close to Whole Foods would be nice as well as the proximity to the lake.
What will something like this sell for that generates this much rental income?

Really curious to see how much this one goes for.
I've been looking at multi-family options in Oakland, the past few months haven't really seen much inventory under $425k. In the past few weeks though there have been a couple hitting the market that appear to be great opportunities.
What do you think this will sell for?
