According to police, Leiseth invited one of the two male high school seniors over to her house in Moon Township, Pa. on the last day of school. She gave him a beer. They had sex. The very next day, police say, the second student went to went to her home. There was more sex and some more beer. Prior to all the excitement, Leiseth had of course sent the two students nude photos of herself. Under Pennsylvania law, Leiseth seems to have jumped the gun on the deadline for teacher-student sex by just a few days. She now faces charges...

1) This woman has some serious issues

2) These boys are more likely to be typical 18-year-olds than the dynamos of their age group.

Absolutely. She was a "long-term" substitute; was she working because she liked to teach or because she was grooming victims for her next romp?

Men claim that they want a woman who's hot & young... but they have nothing in common with them. Nothing to talk about - and since they're grown-ups they actually need a partner they like.

You think men are into talking?

I will never understand this behavior. What would any grown woman find attractive about an 18-year-old boy? The vast majority of 18-year-old boys aren't even fully grown. They look boyish. Then, you have the maturity level. What grown woman is interested in having a substantive conversation about Call of Duty? It would feel like babysitting. Pick up your clothes! Turn down the music! Finish your homework! Go to bed! Quit leaving your dirty dishes everywhere! And how good could the sex be? He's a kid! He doesn't know what he's doing. And let's face it. Us woman-folk require a little talent and experience on the part of the guy to enjoy what comes so readily to males.

So, to recap... He looks like an underdeveloped man; He's semi-childlike in his interests and life choices; and... He isn't good in bed.

Winning!

The same should be the case if the sexes were reversed, but many older men like young girls. There must be some innate biology causing this.

Some instinct to spread seed onto fertile ground? The funny thing is... If they mentally played that scenario out they'd probably all go running for the hills before they got anywhere near a young thing who is on the prowl for security.

So an older woman with her biological clock banging away is somehow a better deal? Or maybe one with a few (of someone elses) kids already?

34   New Renter   2014 Jul 13, 9:43am

Well for any American man who wants to go back to the good old days there's always the middle east.

Or Africa. Men can still kidnap hundreds of young women to become sex toys without any fear of reprecussions.

You may want to reload, I edited my comment several times.

Maybe because they want you to be "normal" and they don't yet know their place in the grand scheme of things perhaps because of TV.

You'll be glad you didn't when you miss a beat at that hedge fund and they suddenly replace you as if you did something wrong with someone who is younger, cheaper, better connected, more accommodating, doesn't know where the bodies are buried, more photogenic, has more advantageous network contacts in customer's businesses, etc, etc, etc.

Exit strategy is already in place. They'll be buying out my equity once we've finished growing the book value. My replacement is already in the cards, during the next few years.

Can your wife bail me out on this one?

Garage door getting stuck is usually a combination of under-powered motor and tracks losing lubricant. Tell your wife she should be reasonably good at applying lubes. LOL.

I tried WD40. The motor was recently changed. I think the tracks could be bent.
I'll see if I can fix it.

WD40 is for light duty lubrication. Garage doors with wheels running on tracks typically require grease on the tracks. New motor can easily burn out if it is under-powered working against the weight of the door and the friction due to lack of lubes.

When mine started to act up, I replaced the rollers with some nylon ball bearing rollers and I haven't had any trouble since. My door gets a bit of a workout, as well as unbearable heat beating down on it, freezing rain, snow... They're not hard to replace, usually about the length of time it takes to drink one beer.

I'm challenging you right now: What did I say that is demonstrably WRONG?

Again, I must direct you to the list I wrote (above) of things you've said that are demonstrably RIGHT.

Although, as was pointed out, I was overly generous with the items that I listed.

Laws today -championed by women-have made slavery a reality. Feminism of yore is false. back then men did the hard labor and risky stuff. Only rich women did not work. Every other woman had to work-wether that be taking care of 10 kids, looking after the farm and dairy cows etc etc. no man could make it by himself and raise a family.

There were certain fields that women did not enter and that changed-the same for non white folks. An initial step up to help them get past the barriers is fine. But today you have women like meg Whitman, Carly Fiorina, Sarah Palin-women of all stripes making it on their own, with no help from men and making it to the top-yet women cry about equal pay and have one more mandate passed. Plenty of men don't have equal pay-it is your negotiating skills. Any woman who has fought her way to the top on her own skill-I respect immensely. I have met many who also had families and are senior management. They made it work. if you are not interested in doing what it takes and yet want the pay -legally mandated by Obozo the clown-then people will tend to look at woman as less than worth folks who can't make it on their own. There are plenty of men who fail to make the grade and are fine-they don't clamor for laws for equal pay with the more driven ones??

On divorce, women wanted equality-then it is only fair they need to take responsibility. If she cannot take care of her kids and herself on her own-it is only fair they give the kids to the responsible party in the equation. if the did, this nation would not be in this mess. no personal responsibility. A woman who spreads her legs to ten men, gets knocked up by a famous dude-will get 50k or 60k a month for the next 18 yrs. No accounting for the money, no say by the father. In many states people are forced to shell out 30% or more of pay and some states, folks are forced to stay in jobs they don't like-if they want to take a less paying jobs-a judge can arrest them. This is the world of equality, if a woman needs a few years to get on her feet-then the father can take care of the kids just fine.

If the govt gets out of this and it should-women will learn dignity and self respect again-instead of making modern marriage a giant brothel with govt as armed pimps. Kids only need basics-food, shelter and should be taught to be responsible at a young age. A predatory woman whose only skill is to lay on her back and get knocked up by a rich dude is not a role model or a victim. Now of course we have men doing the same thing-eg men of Halle berry and Brittany Spears. of course feminists will be up on their arms -their lies will come falling down and they will be asked to work. The funny thing is the successful women don't talk feminism and equality. They are out there, being successful, being a boss of 10-100 men-they don't need to use govt to be successful. They are successful on their own.

Until stupid govt rules in this day and age are repealed, people will talk about and think about women the same. Instead if you learn to be tough and negotiate equal pay-then you will have respect. less sobbing, whining and more kick ass-do you ever hear Sarah palin say-oh poor me I am a woman, if only I was a man? This a mother of 5 and a grandmother and she has grit-that I respect-not her views though.

Racism, sexism, two sides of the same coin. [Rich] [white] [men] dominate the
world for millennia, make everyone else second class citizens if not actively
enslave them, then explain to everyone else what their problems are.

Umm. The Chinese, Mongols, Indians all were great non white empires. America was found because Christopher Columbus wanted to find a better way to the riches of India.

Meg Whitman today is richer than at least 100 million men and there are others who have achieved the same heights. Do those 100 million+ men claim sexism as to why they arew not as successful as her??

Agree with almost everything else said in your post, except for this one. Everyone is capable of learning if they apply themselves and are interested in subjects so there's no need to design society around gender segregation roles. Societies where main function of women is to serve as baby making factories where women are not allowed to work and are only supposed to be handling making kids/do household chores have failed to achieve the progress of western europe and united states because they crush spirit and don't develop/make full use of human potential. Part of the reason why latino families struggle financially in united states is because amongst immigrants that werent born here men are still expected to be breadwinners while woman is supposed to be babymaker/homemaker - this is part of what they call machismo. But it's changing among those who are first generation and go on to college so I expect that they will "assimilate" within a 2 generations or so.

In general, groups with flexible belief systems tend to do better.

I think those who do well tend to have productive relationships with their beliefs/meta-beliefs. It may explain why Reform Jews and Calvinists tend to be quite successful.

Education cannot replace the will to succeed.

Tiger parents may be putting their kids in the "best" school districts. In the end, they are just priming the next generation for a glorified mediocre life.

MMR says

South Asian and African immigrants (both legal and illegal) are?

No, jews/indian/chinese/japanese/korean households tend to have more of a top down structure where parents guilt and shame their offsprings into reading and getting good grades utilizing methods such as direct insults and social comparison to other families "they know." Despite the fact that they love the riches that america provides their childrearing tactics are extremely authoritarian and un-american. Jews/chinese particularly are often referred to as "people of the book" and hence this "infrastructure" goes back hundreds of years. Additionally many of the immigrants from those societies tend to be well off, the ones that don't do well tend to stay back home.

Latinos on the other hand - the well off don't want to immigrate to the states - their are very happy over there and their standard of living would actually go down if they came to united states as well as social prestige. The ones that tend to arrive - if they happen to have some affluence they typically do emphasize education but not in a tyrannical manner. However, the first generation kids that do succeed often have to be self driven as opposed to the other groups that I described who often succeed just to please the parents and avoid the punishment. In my eyes, the success that comes from free will is more impressive than someone who succeeds at the point of the belt....

At any rate, I have noticed that latinos that do go on to college tend to follow the "white" path by delaying marriage and having children. They are also not too fond of stereoptypical gender expectations that their parents subscribe to. Therefore, my belief is that they will acculturate/assimilate in fairly short order.
