We should take all the Muslim terrorists and all the criminal cops, regardless of whether or not they faced charges, and put them all in some Middle East desert with all the guns and bombs they want, and then just let them kill each other. The world will be better off. We could video the whole thing with drones and sell it on pay-per-view.

Except for the cops part, I thought that's already where they came from. They multiply too much faster than they can kill and blow each other up.

Notice Dan did not mention doing anything about the criminal problem we face. I wonder why?

truth will find you says

intolerance of moronic racist nonsense is not intolerance. t

Muslim is NOT a race shithead! This has been said and said and still you idiots don't get it! Islam is a totalitarian world-domination ideology masquerading as a religion. It's as bigoted and racist as any white supremacist, and more full of conviction because their holy book tells them they are in the right to be as horrible as they are. Fuck Islam! I am a bigot against Islam much as you are a bigot against people like me and turtledove who believe in free speech, moderate liberalism, and freedom in general. We also believe that people who chop off other people's heads for not thinking and acting the exact same way are EVIL and if you can't agree on this one major point then welcome to ignore.

I would like a President that calls regimes that Execute Gays, Have Religious Dissidents on Death Row and many more permanently imprisoned until they Recant, Lash Lawyers for defending rape victims, etc. "Deplorable". Instead we have a candidate that reserves that word for about a quarter of the American Electorate, the vast majority of whom support nothing close to these policies.

We have somebody running for President who won't flat out say "Radical Islamic Terror", who can only run attack ads and smears against the public, whose Foreign Policy record is one of unmitigated failure. She replaces Secular Dictators with Civil War and Islamists. We could have added Egypt to this list, but fortunately Sisi ousted the Muslim Brotherhood in a coup, exiled them (mostly fleeing to Turkey, btw), went after radicals who are so mad at him they attack resorts and shoot down civilian aircraft, and protects Coptic Christians.

It's time for Practical Leadership, less heavy on the ideology, less wrapped up in Supranational Organization which are or will be dominated by Multinational Corporate Interests.

How can you hate bigots, and at the same time defend a bigoted religion like Islam? I question your judgement.

he hates america, the idea of america, and the kinds of people who founded america. he has an obsession with his heritage and can't reconcile the fact that this land, founded by people he can't stand, has given him so much to be thankful for. as a result, he wants to destroy it and live among the filth for nostalgic purposes.

now that he has the means, he should go back to his homeland.

why can't leadership and the media call it like it is?

20   Sharingmyintelligencewiththedumbasses   2016 Sep 20, 9:19pm

Yes, the people applauding a thread with a title "muslims get out" aren't the bigots. Nope, they are the tolerant ones!!

And I'm sure you are equally quick to call out "CHRISTIAN TERRORISM" every time it is someone raised christian?

No, of course not.

The point is, from a diplomatic position, to NOT include all 2 billion muslims in the condemnation. It makes sense to not identify them together, as much as possible, unless your goal is to increase terrorism recruitment and create more terrorists. Obama understands this, I understand. Maybe it is just an intelligence thing, and you guys are just too stupid to think more than 1 move ahead on a chess board? or in real estate and life?

22   Shaman   2016 Sep 20, 9:59pm

Because Christians aren't called on by their religion to kill and provoke terror. Muslims are.
you can't compare regular violent crime to ideologically-motivated violent crime. Everyone has the former and that's inescapable. Not everyone has the latter and that's because of toxic ideologies. How smart do you need to be to understand this basic basic fact? Because you seen that smart Roberto

yeah it makes NO sense, from a diplomatic position, and it is a strategy that has effectively been increasing domestic recruitment and attacks over the last several months.

24   anonymous   2016 Sep 20, 10:05pm

so your argument, is effectively - that you're willing to sacrifice american lives for the indeterminate future based on the idea that eventually muslims will start ceasing to engage in terrorism.

The handful of Abortion Clinic attacks come from the ultraright wing religion that 83% of the US Population claims to subscribe to. Double the number of terror deaths in the past 15 years have been caused by a religion less than 1% of the US Population subscribes to.

http://securitydata.newamerica.net/extremists/deadly-attacks.html

That's being generous by not counting the DC Snipers and by counting just plain "The girl I was sweet on likes the BBC, Waaaah!" Temper Tantrum as "Christian".

Toddlers still shoot and kill far more americans than Muslim terrorists do, and lots of people don't have toddlers around.

Oh man of great intelligence, you were the one who started this line of thinking by ranting about abortion clinic shootings. And now that it's been pointed out to you that a tiny minority is the source for double the deaths than the great majority, you're shifting the comparison from apples to rice pudding.

If we went back to 2000, then it wouldn't even be worth comparing the two, The less than 1% would be ahead by thousands.

Is the average wage jumping 15% a year, causing massive inflation, that we are so desperate to have huge numbers of Muslims immigrate?

30   MisdemeanorRebel   2016 Sep 20, 11:57pm

By the way, this is just terrorism. Not the huge amount of tax evading, smuggling, and general misanthropy Muslims engage in, because they come from countries where loyalty to the family and clan is everything, and are taught that Kuffars are owed no duties or reciprocity. Some get over this, many don't.

For a math professor, Roberto is pretty awful at statistics. You can't even explain basic stats to him without triggering his liberal short circuits and then all he can do is scream racist and bigot when 1)we aren't racist and 2)we are proudly bigoted against Islam because this is a rational position to take.

The majority of this site seems to consist of right wing posters these days and a good number of them are breathtakingly offensive in what they post and the insults they throw around - TPB, CIC, FortWayne etc. etc. It works both ways, so it's disingenuous to pretend otherwise.

Really? I think you need to re-read the posts. The posts that consist entirely of name calling with no actual substance are coming from your side. If anyone disagrees with those posts, well then they are racists/bigots/sexists, too. As if calling someone those names is in and of itself evidence that proves any particular position.

That said, I've thought a lot about why this is the case. The reality is your leadership doesn't want to fix any of the problems. They've convinced you that suggesting an actual fix is racist, thereby shaming you into going along with their positions. The problem is that their motivation for their positions isn't the same as yours. They need to maintain big government because that's how they profit through speaking engagements/book sales, achieve job security, increase power etc... Your motivation is to avoid saying anything that could get you accused of being a bigot. They are using that fear to manipulate you into ignoring common sense. If your leadership were to institute an actual fix then they might lose some of their power. So, let's see. Instead of blaming terrorism on terrorists and their beliefs, let's focus on global warming, gun control, and poverty. That turns the blame and puts it back on us as American citizens since we are the ones solely responsible for all the destabilizing factors affecting the world today (according to them). That, in turn, creates obligation that they then use to manipulate you again through shaming. It's a vicious circle.

Sometimes it is necessary to call a spade a spade. That doesn't make you an evil person. But I know when I see data that repeatedly shows that a certain group of people have essentially declared war on OUR way of life -- stating that outright is simply stating a fact. Pretending the facts aren't the facts under some misguided belief that stating facts is somehow a demonstration of bigotry doesn't change the facts. You cannot shame the facts into oblivion no matter how much it might be in your leadership's interest to do so.

This has to be a joke. We're talking about the forum as a whole, not one thread. Look at the posts of CIC and TPB for example. CIC is just a troll. What TPB is I have no idea, but he throws around insults like they're going out of fashion. There are plenty of others. This is just more of the blind partisanship so prevalent on here. It's not one side. It's both.

My leadership? The global issues are a product of many decades of policies. More specific examples like the ACA are simply policies you don't like that were an attempt to fix a system that was already broken. Blocks are put in the way of these kinds of major measures at all junctions, so what finally passes is more often than not some bastard child of what was initially envisioned. It's par for the course with the way politics is now.

This country seems widely divided and appears to have always been so. The internet has made it far worse though because it has become an echo chamber of lies and idiocy, which is clearly reflected on this forum as well. Unthinking bipartisan digs grounded in nothing but fanciful thinking. Look at all the bullshit flying around about Clinton's health. Look at CIC's utterly retarded 5.7% post on the Clinton Foundation etc, etc. This place has become a drain for fact free nonsense. It was far more interesting when it was just a housing blog.
