They have absolutely no reason to suspect Duplicates, and every reason not to think some/most of these emails are new.

I kinda doubt the FBI re-opened a case without cross-referencing to see if the emails are new or old.
Remember, she only bleached her server, she didn't bleach the recipients' inboxes.

I'll accept Comey's results like the last time. He ought to be about to cross check and find the number of new emails today though. If the don't have software to sort emails by header info, and check text against the 30k emails they have already read, he should be fired. That should take one hr tops if the tech guy spends 45 minutes getting coffee and surfing the web. If 20 people read a page every 3 minutes, they ought to be able to check 400 pages an hour. So there's is no excuse for not moving through the new emails at that rate. I would expect 12 hr days through the weekend considering the bomb they just dropped. So they ought to be able to sort 5k pages per day to check for classified info. Any less than that and it will look weird.

What if Carlos Danger sent classified info by mistake instead of dick pictures??

Of course, Comey and the FBI can't adjudicate tens of thousands of emails in a week, and blocking out what's classified. And she knows this. She's basically playing chicken.

One thing he can and should do is charge Huma Abedin right away. She materially lied to the FBI, that's 18 Code 1001 (like Martha Stewart), about turning over all her devices with State Dept related Emails on it. That's a slam dunk already: The FBI never saw the devices the NYPD took from Weiner.

I'm not sure that would be a good thing, at this point. Just to play this thought out... If she were disqualified, she would have to be replaced by someone, right? Whoever that person is (Biden, Kaine maybe) wouldn't have been subjected to all the scrutiny everyone else has been under for the last couple of years.... Which would mean, any replacement would appear squeaky clean by comparison.

While we're on that topic, what would happen? The ballots have already been printed. Talk about a SCOTUS challenge waiting to happen if a vote for "Clinton" really means a vote for "Biden" or "Kaine." That's like the Florida-Gore-hanging chad-Buchannan thing on steroids.
