Middle America is watching all this and thinking: ‘Don’t you lot DARE lecture us about anything ever again.’

There's also Podesta's apparent voting of shares in a Company heavily involved in Russian Investment that he supposedly recused himself from, that was supposed to be under control of his daughter in an LLC. This was in his P@ssword protected Email.

And his restatement of the Ukrainian Activist's payments to the Podesta Group, the same exact organization that is accused of 'being Russian' and paying Manafort. Apparently the Friends of Ukraine or whatever it was called was only Russian controlled when it paid Manafort, not when it paid Podesta Group. In fact I think Manafort was subcontracted by Podesta Group to peddle influence for the Ukranian client.

Too late. Owners won everything. It's over. It was handed to them by people who were indignant about social justice warriors.

The estate tax and possibly even the gift tax will now be repealed. All other taxes will be drastically reduced or eliminated and as Republicans have made clear, that includes the AMT. Rich families will resemble those of 150 years ago and their wealth will accumulate and snowball through a succession of economic disasters.

There's a book about how the rich love depressions and other black swan events because it allows them to convert their fiat currency into hard capital assets like real estate. We saw a mini version of this in 2009 and we'll see even more drastic disasters in the future. Then America will face two possible roads. Either the rich will become so powerful that they will essentially run all elections from this point forward or the backlash against the Republicans will put the SJWs in command. Either way is the worst case scenario as future technological advances make most human labor obsolete.

People don't understand the damage they have done by installing a Republican government but they soon will.

Identity politics is bad but it's not going to hand the country over to the ultra-rich and the banks. There are plenty of examples around the world of nations that have gone much further over the edge with identity politics than the USA and life there is pretty close to any other developed nations. Also there are plenty of ways to push back and we are seeing some traction even without government interference. It's a social ill, not a political one.

But exactly how are workers supposed to get the country back when the rich don't pay taxes anymore, corporations aren't regulated anymore, and a 50 billion dollar estate will pass tax free to the next generation that will turn it into a 100 billion dollar estate and then a 200 billion dollar estate and then a 500 billion dollar estate ad nausium? It's not like this hasn't happened numerous times in history before right? You want to match a social cancer against a poverty-driven civil war?

There is a LOT more money in the top 1% than working class, most of it with the .1 or even .01%. The Republicans (only Republicans that toe the libertarian line though) will continue to win bigly no matter what. The ultra rich libertarians have spent the last 50 years gradually buying the political process one step at a time. The endless whining and crying about identity politics and the liberal MSM is bulshit. It's part of a very long expensive campaign to develop a cult that believes anything other than the libertarian message as evil. It works. Look at the posters here. It's just reflexive at this point. Look at west virginia. Why would the citizens of a state that has something like 22% of the economy in health care vote in someone who's biggest priority was to repeal obomacare? More misdirection. There are only 2 sides? I dismiss the kool aide drinkers on both sides as brainwashed fools. The problem is they are multiplying exponentially as more and more people are led to the extremes by clever marketing and cynical manipulation for political advantage. Since I'm not piggy with all day and night to spend on patnet I grabbed a couple comments real quick.

Wall Street, banks, energy, RE, airlines, consumer products, etc. Less regulation, tax cuts, generally a president who is seen as pro-business. Doesn't matter how we analyze it, the trend is your friend.

Restaurants are too expensive these days. Every regulation, every tax, it all makes it more expensive to run a very competitive business. And costs get to a point where customers can't afford it. If you want to blame someone, blame liberals who went with idiotic socialist anti-business and anti-america policies.

Meanwhile the EPA and every other government agency regulations cost ridiculous amounts of money while providing very questionable results.

One of the things the government can't do is run anything.

Everything government touches turns to crap.


I'm not calling billionaires libertarians. The billionaire followers of the koch bros call themselves libertarians. You do know David Koch ran as vp on the libertarian party ticket once don't you? At the Libertarian convention, Koch called the libertarian party the “best hope for human freedom since the American Revolution.” I would submit that he considers himself libertarian, do you disagree? How about de vos being featured in Being Libertarian? How about self described libertarians like Thiel and Mackay?

The real irony is that the most militant anti government libertarians almost all made their money from the government, usually inherited from their parents who actually made the money from the government for them. Koch bros' being the best example.

Find one single example in any of the conservative press that supports any type of regulation as good or supports any kind of regulation at all. Go ahead, go for it. I do have serious admiration for the ability to get so many people to support positions that will actually be detrimental to them.
