Be honest, if there's no sudden economic collapse, then Trump gets re-elected.

I think what's happening is that the constant non-stop election contribution/Mueller chatter between the networks (CNN, MSNBC, etc) and the comedians (SNL, Colbert, Kimmel, etc) has completely dulled the senses of the ordinary person.

Everyone knows that Trump's a sleazebag & what he and his lawyers do, to keep the porn stars, etc, in line, is not enough to de-throne a President. Seriously, I work in finance and sleazebags are all over the place. This isn't a startling revelation.

What de-thrones a President is a mediocre economy and sometimes, an international problem like the Iran hostage crisis of '79.

And really, no one cares anymore about Trump's sex scandals. If there are jobs then Trump gets re-elected, end of story.

The Democrats do not have a credible frontrunner right now and I doubt that someone will emerge in a couple of years.

And I hate to say it but Hillary Clinton, blaming white women's husbands for unduly influencing their midwestern votes, isn't helping any.
Everyone should know that even if another few million Femi-Nazi voters, between Boston and DC, vote for Strap-On Hilly, she gets the SAME ELECTORAL COUNT. It would help if she didn't insult the women in the rust belt, who the next Democrat may need to win over for 2020.

LOL! Another few million Femi-Nazis with strap-on's will only turn the country even farther to the conservative side: the Femi-Nazi's with strap-on's don't breed, therefore taking themselves out of the gene pool and the polls in the next generation. That's the fundamental reason why the Left is dying; a demographic death.

Like someone already said here, there is no money to be made betting on the 2020 election anymore. What will be interesting (and possibly bettable) is which states Trump will win that he didn't last time. Certainly New Hampshire and Minnesota, but there is bound to be more. Like perhaps New Mexico, Nevada, and/or some other random New England state (maybe Maine in it's entirety?)

My Black friend and I were talking the other day. He said now Kanye is talking about running for President.
That's the worst possible guy in the world. I told him, I would normally agree. But just look at what was said about Trump.
You sound just like everything they said about Trump. All Kanye has to do is create a platform to run on. And if it's good enough.
You'll be surprised how much weight will get thrown behind him. But it will take a hell of a lot more than "I'm going to be a conservative now." and reverse Obamanism.

People are tired or career politicians and Lawyers dominating politics. And a wonderful thing about Outsider in Washington like Trump or a Kanye with a popular plan.
The Establishment rides their asses like they should have been doing all along. There are so many Hawks and Watchdogs with trained eyes on Trump just waiting for him to slip up. So much so they are throwing banana peels in front of his path the whole way to trip him up.
There's only one move for a person in a thankless position like that. But to do Great things for the People of the Country. It becomes a battle of wills.

The outsider trying to serve the people and the Establishment trying like hell to stop him. We should have voted in a Trump years ago. In fact we did, with Ronald Reagan, and if you remember they were just as batshit crazy about him winning as they were Trump.

Time remembered that.

Key words are 'to be honest'.

As in, requiring certain people to be intellectually as well as morally honest.

Not gonna happen. The Libtards can't do it. It's in their DNA or something.

Sorry but I don’t want a Kanye in the Oval Office. That would mean that Kardashian bitch would dominate the news cycle as the most “fabulous” cock sucking First Lady ever imagined! She’d be the first First Lady to be impeached for a sex scandal, blowing her Secret Service detail on the regular, which is still better than Hilldawg treated them!

I bet the office would make her, not the other way around. She wouldn't be enabled to be a do nothing bitch by a fawning media.
She would probably have to go on the charm offensive. But of course all of this is still a big huge if.
Kanye would have to get a platform. Shifting the race baiting and stealing the wind out of Liberals sails are a great feat within its self. He wouldn't be able to make a 4 year presidency out of it. Not without ending up being another divider in chief. Just going back the other way.

A topless Kardashian walking around the White House is exactly what the old folks making important decisions need. Especially Trump.
I'm all for it.

Femi-Nazis with strap-on's

BTW, I'd fulfilled my fantasy of having a Menage-a-Trios between a Beyonce doppelganger and a busty (but young) Strap-On Hillary Clinton in Australia.

BTW, I have a thread on election bitches because these east/west coast Femi-Nazis ...

went ape shit because they couldn't figure out that it takes more than winning over places like Boston and NYC to put a candidate into the White House.

The truth is that this isn't 2000, where YES, the election was stolen in Florida. The Katherine Harris story there was a debacle. And it looks like that it's mostly forgotten now.

Here, Trump won it, fair and square. There's no reason for a bunch of coastal bitches to be whining about an election where yes, a sleazebag reality TV star won it all by getting the rust belt states to go his way.

Sorry, that's a fact! This is NOT FLORIDA 2000!

Yes, the Dems have a serious Wasted Votes problem.

What? There is no such thing as a wasted vote? BS. It is even a technical term used in Political Science, actually. A wasted vote is a vote that when to a candidate that didn't need it (say, any votes after getting those just necessary for said candidate to win) or a vote that went to the losing candidates.

This is how Shrillary 'won' the popular vote...I think she got like 3 million extra wasted votes out in California. None of which were applied to any of her voting deficits in other states. Wasted votes.

This problem for Democrats is getting worse and worse as Libtards migrate to their urban enclave bubbles. These places generate a lot of votes but most are wasted, like in Boston and NYC but also in Austin and other cities. Electing POTUS in America is more geographically determined than it is by demographics. The Electoral College was specifically designed that way. So goes the EC, so goes how congresscritters are apportioned, too.

Foreigners raging on the comments section of The Guardian have zero clue about this, of course. But so do too many Americans.

But I am not complaining! Let them keep self-sorting themselves into these tight, urban enclaves...proven wasted vote generators! And watch them expect a different result in the Electoral College, too.

And Patrick wonders why the lemmings regurgitating the Republican line aren’t allowed to consider or support Land Value Taxes. All that red on the map is dependent on Socialism to take from the working class folk, to fund their highly inefficient way of life. Sad

That is complete libtarded propaganda BS that has been totally debunked. Take for example, the agro subsidies states like Kansas and Iowa ;get'. Those don't go to those states. They go 'through' those states. They go to big Agro Business shareholders who are Blue state rich fucks.

And the Great Society BS was IMPOSED on those states, remember? So you are taking the Squeegie Man Argument. Just because the Squeegie Man cleans your windshield you should pay him even though you didn't ask for him to? Socialism forced down the throats of those who don't ask for it can't be blamed on those who didn't ask for it.

Inefficient, eh? Let's see how 'efficient' the cities become w/o food, fuel and raw materials then.

True.

The Democratic rank and file need to revolt against identity politics of the Democratic elite and get back to being about representation of labor.

Or maybe they did already revolt, and that's what the last election was all about.

Considering the dismal turnout in the recent elections from last week and what will probably be low voter turnout this fall, not very hard to imagine 1/4 or the voting population putting the Golden Golem of Greatness and Humility back in office.

Then again the DNC is hell bent of suicide and the rank and file seems willing to go along. Pelosi, Hillary - anyone over 70 needs to go - period and be given as little media coverage as possible.

If the DNC leadership had a clue (they don't) they would do their membership a huge favor and do a Dubya style disappearing act at the earliest opportunity and not be seen or heard from again until say 2030 or beyond - preferably beyond.

Sadly the American voting public will once again be offered the lesser of two evils or a choice between dumb and dumber in 2020. Given the outlook it would not be surprising if the voter turnout is worse than in 2016.
