This is where Brett Kavanaugh is guilty

By Rin following x   2018 Oct 2, 9:50pm 365 views   24 comments   watch   sfw   quote     share

For all intensive purpose, Kavanaugh is guilty for the company which he keeps.

In other words, as an acquaintance/friend of guys who're frat types, he gets dragged into their web of drug/alcohol fueled misdemeanors where ppl spike drinks and bang chicks, where no one recollects the prior day.

And yes, he knows it and probably, his friends and he, also used GHB, Gamma-Hydroxybutrate.

Before this was outlawed in the 2000s, it was widely used for bodybuilders, ppl who wanted to stay up late (using it to shorten sleep cycle), and partiers across the board. This compound induced a sense of euphoria and for bodybuilders, a deep sleep which released growth hormone for muscle building.

After a while, someone figured out that spiking alcoholic drinks with GHB, could render someone vulnerable and capable of forgetting the experience and thus, the first major date rape drug was invented.

This is how GHB eventually found itself on the controlled substance list.

Understand this, no serious bodybuilder ... would ever take GHB w/ alcohol. Those guys were fairly sharp about that interaction. Partiers, however, were not.

Kavanaugh doesn’t strike me as the partying type, rather a socially awkward dweeb with no game. Hence the alcoholism

Wow I actually agree with Aphroman. He does seem like an uber nerd, socially awkward to a degree. I fully believe he didn’t have sex in high school.

Why do you feign surprise over agreeing with me?

What do you disagree with me about?

I love how CNN is trying to paint Kavanaugh as some frat boy chad. I agree, he was a guy who raised his hand often and other kids hated him.

They need somebody on SCOTUS who will make Ginsburg feel sexually attractive, and Kavanaugh needs somebody who is weak enough not to escape from his rape advances.

Win-Win.

You guys are getting it wrong, he's not the elite "partier". Those were his friends and thus, he's being labelled as 'guilty' as a the result of what his buddies did back in those days.

Kavanaugh probably used GHB to reduce his sleep and get loosened up for social events. That's a lot different from the date rape club, which happened to be his buddies.

Shows poor decision making and renders him unfit for a seat on the SC.

That and his poor temperament and continued substance abuse

Ok, so then let's talk about that than in labeling him as a rapist.

Roofie is Rohypnol, not GHB, though today, any drug qualifies for a Roofie. The latter (GHB) was used by a mix of bodybuilders, partiers, ppl who tried to sleep less, and date rapers.

Sorry I’m not into weird hard drugs, and I’ve never had to drug a girl to get laid. I’m old school from the era of when in doubt, whip it out, and usually they go mouth first to the business end of my stick. Sober as a judge

Fella, I knew perfectly legitimate bodybuilders, who used GHB. All of them refused to drink alcohol, anywhere near the time they'd ingested the substance. They knew the interactions and didn't want to be on a respirator in some emergency room (or dead, if not discovered). And thus, not all substances are the same.

What happened to GHB is that a bunch of irresponsible frat types, turned it into a date rape drug, which is why it went onto the scheduled list.

I went to one of those high schools where you live in dorms and the kids often go to ivy league college afterwards.

Despite the strict rules against doing anything like drinking and smoking pot guys did this but in the last week since academics took their toll on fooling around.

Later in the summer there were times when guys got wasted at our summer house, both my parents were away once for a month and I threw parties.

Today these guys are all respectable professionals who have grey hair (the harder they partied, the worse they look today).

One guy who I thought was going to end up dead became a successful a lawyer for example; nobody can believe he once was a drunkard. I remember him scaring me to death driving around Boston with a tall beer in one hand, another on the wheel, a cigarette in his mouth.

Another case I recall was a female at a college that was a nerdy but not ugly type and she got drunk/stoned with a group with other girls and guys. They had something of an orgy. I heard about it but didn't see it. One guy saw it and said "Yeah, it was pretty weird to see Rosie standing there naked, so and so just fucked her and come was falling out of her." "Holy shit, her???"

Re: drugs and alcohol. Depending on when Quaaludes became Rx only, anyone who took these and mixed them with alcohol either accidentally or intentionally would be knocked on his or her ass. Quaaludes were non Rx and legal to buy over the counter, but I don't remember when this ended.

I knew of a case in college where a hot girl offered to fuck the professor to get an improved grade. She was over 18 so it's two consenting adults I guess.

ETC, ETC, ETC, ETC.

Young men and women often push the boundaries to see what it is like. This happens at the age of high school and college. By the time college is over many of us are practically done with it. If we are lucky we don't engage in much risky behavior during this period.

The wild one will probably turn out to be Christine Ford. Just listening to her she seems to have some issues.

The incident that she claims to have happened is not a sexual assault anyway. Maybe if she were roughed up it was battery but I doubt it.

Not a single corroboration though. if he was hanging out with druggies who partied-it would come out now. Take Dr Ford-her witnesses including her lifelong friend have alld enied theyw ere even at said party.

SWetnick finally laid out some witnesses-two haven't returned calls to NBC, one is dead and the other does not even know of Swetnick. Many of Kavanagh's frineds do not even know of swetnick. You think among that large community at least one can corroborate these allegations ? One or two have come forward saying he drank-which he has agreed to, but otherwise not one witness-except the accusers . So obviously witnesses are willing to come forward.

Ramirez actually called her friends and asked them if she remembered it was kavanaugh-really?

Most have given sworn statement shwich bolsters Kavanaugh-including Ford's long tiem friend.

GHB was legal over-the-counter purchase back then. The very concept of "date rape" was not invented until the Time Magazine cover story in 1991, just like "marital rape" (husband "raping" wife) wasn't even a legal concept before the states legislated into law variously between the 1970's and 1990's. Before those legal changes, it was the husband's right to have sex with wife as part of the marriage contract just like wife was entitled to support (and the wife could divorce the husband if she did not consent to sex; agreeing to marriage and choosing to stay in marriage was considered either active consent or acquiescing, which was considered adequate for consent). Likewise, before the invention of "date rape" as a legal concept in 1991, a girl going to a party like that without chaperone, going into a boy's dorm room (or inviting a guy over to her dorm room, which back then had very little besides a bed, a desk, a dresser and a closet; doing home work together could be done in common areas of the dorm or the library or the computer lab) and having the door closed instead of following high school rules having to leave the door open to the hall way (back then, dorm rooms were built along long hall ways, instead of suites; and boarding schools for kids under 18 usually had rules requiring leaving door open when member of opposite sex visiting) was considered consent. Otherwise, every single person attending Woodstock, where everyone took drugs, would be a rapist and a rape victim by today's standards!

You know what else, Rin, the late well-known feminist Andrea Dworkin stated every heterosexual intercourse is rape! It's entirely possible that what you are doing can be re-defined as rape a few years/decades from now: you are taking advantage of "socioeconomic oppression" of young women in Montreal to "compel" them into having sex with you. Haven't you heard of the Marxian term "wage slavery"? Despite mutually willing employment contract, and the worker's ability to find a different employer in the market place if doesn't want to work for the current one. When the feminists redefine rape to include any and all sex between men and women of different socioeconomic station therefore "she had to," your goose is cooked!

That's why it's extremely important to recognize the time context of alleged crime/guilt and not apply rules/laws retroactively. Kavinaugh graduated college in 1986, long before the Time Magazine cover story inventing "date rape." If we want to apply today's no drugs, no alcohol and positive "yes" rules to events taking place in the 1980's, then we might as well arrest all baby boomers and early gen-Xer's! While we are at it, we might as well arrest the entire rest of the male population, because the feminists (by definition sexists) will and have been pushing the law towards "all heterosexual intercourse is rape."

Then the question becomes: who will be doing the arresting and why? My suspicion is that the real ultimate goal of "feminism" is welcoming real violent rapists from outside a given civilization who would discard the silly laws of civilization that make reproduction inefficient in a mature civilization. Women instinctively/biologically know what's really needed; that's why they push boundaries. Of course, it would be silly for any individual guy to indulge a girl's biological instincts at risk to his own legal safety. Therefore, make plenty records of any/all interaction with a girl, and insist on no retroactive application of laws.

Kids at 16 aren't elected President for a Goddamn reason. And this whole episode only serves as proof David Hogg needs an ass whooping for missing classes, not a lecturing hall.

Not as bad as NPR going on and on talking about him being a rapist and about DNA evidence all at the same time even though this whole thing has nothing to do with rape. Then they switch to how he was talking to democrats and getting political and that’s the reason he isn’t fit for the job, even though Ginsburg gets political about Trump.

This is another reason why I'll be getting a RealDoll w/ the AI, once it's completed its beta testing phase. I refuse to have sex within the USA and by the time that futuristic Femi-Nazi law gets passed, I would have dodged Dudley Douchebag, I mean Do-Right, out of the Quebec province.

That's right because Gucci bags don't give discounts of $900 on their $1000+ handbags. And hence, I'm taking advantage at the disadvantage of regular folks not being able to purchase luxury items on a secretary's salary. We need to socialize luxury goods!

poor temperament

Why is "poor temperament" is a disqualifying quality for a SCOTUS judge? It's not like they are making some split-second decisions in real time. Their job is basically writing legal opinions taking their sweet time to do it - an activity for which the issue of temper is completely irrelevant. So what if he breaks chairs and flings whiskey bottles at the walls of his office while writing a dissenting opinion? Doesn't affect anything as long as he's a competent lawyer.
