Walter Breuning, aged 114 and the oldest man in the world, has died:

He only ever owned property once in his entire life: an empty plot of land that he and his wife purchased for $15 during the Depression and sold for $25: a massive 60% profit! ^_^;
That venture aside, he was a renter all his life.
