nd why do you delete posts that you quote? Rather stupid, wouldn't you say?
No, I am condensing the thread because most of your input is fluff.
The thread is titled emilys cockeyed arm cannot go unchallenged. Did you expect this to yield substance

You should delete all your posts in that case.
Gun ownership is a fundamental right of Americans, and is not meant to start some shooting in the street. It is to keep the Zionists honest and at bay.
I must have missed that part in my class on American history.
You're rather fixated on these 'zionists', aren't you Bgamall?
I must have missed that part in my class on American history.
Well, did you think you would learn American history being British?
Do you think they ban classes on world history in Europe?
GOOG is more than 40% higher than the pre-crisis in 2008.

Many employees of above companies can easily pay CASH for at least one house in SFBA, some many more. Many multiples more can afford the 20% downpayment. In conclusion, why is it so surprisingly that the real estate prices have went above the pre-crisis high of 2008?
The entire employee count, plus stock holders of each of the above, accounts for what, 1 or 2%, of the entire bay area population? If that?
There's what, 13 million people that live here?
Yeah.
QE, to infinity and beyond!

FYI;
The current population of the 9 county SFB area is 7.15 million. If you use the OMB classification, or 11 counties, the SF Bay area population is 8.37 million.
In conclusion, why is it so surprisingly that the real estate prices have went above the pre-crisis high of 2008?
because that would be rational thinking.
Could you post those same photos of those two different women a few more times? The first dozen times did not work.
And another dozen posts of the crying video would also make your research much stronger, I think.
Thomas, are you in a time warp? We are about to start 2014.
LOL! and WE still cant shake off the 2009 recession, still with us today.
So where are we REALLY at ? No! we are nowhere near 2014 or 2013...
A few minutes ago CNBC announced the Dow Jones just hit another all time high.
It is now above 16,500. With a few hours left for 2013, it is about 30% higher for the year, the highest gain in 16 years.
My friend, that is not a sign of a recession, but the sign of an economy about to charge ahead.

Socialite behind bars after swiping $5G sweater
The real WTF is how could a sweater cost five G's when everyone knows the best sweaters are made from the skin of realtors.

What, NAR isn't clothing their used house salespeople?
Well if you bought the RIGHT car back in 1938 and kept it up you could sell it today for a bit better than inflation
Except that you'd be WAY too old to enjoy the money.
Depends on how smart you were with the car along the way. If you rented it out for special events, movies etc you might have generated enough income to buy one of these in the mid 50's:
http://www.hagerty.com/price-guide/1957-Mercedes~Benz-300SL
Do the same and you might have picked up one of these secondhand in the 1970's

And all the while with beautiful women throwing themselves in your way.
The car IS the money to be enjoyed.
When it came to her own skin, Ayn Rand was just another commie pinko.
Long live the commie pinkos! Parasites rule, until the hosts are eviscerated husks!
Then, it's time for face 'n yams.
Wait a minute this is fucking rich, you are saying her ideology has failed her? Even though she died worth a million, back when a million was worth a million bucks?
Then you go into this mental gymnastics that has her scrubbing her undershorts at the YWCA and eating cat food if she were alive today.
You guys are so fucking funny, it's really entertaining to watch you work.
You know it's been almost 30 years since her death, and She would be even 30 years older today, and since the Old farts are evil money magnets, then I counter your ludicrous claims with a more plausible fact, while her million dollars wouldn't be worth doodeley squat into today's nest egg building materials.
Who's to say she wouldn't parleyed her million dollars back then in the Apple start up. I wager that if she were alive today, she would have been the CEO of Apple after she killed Steve Jobs off with that strategically jabbed Pancreas Cancer jab.
Here's one for you might really like.
So this Liberal research Vessel went to Antarctica to research all of the Ice melting on the planet and to prove once and for all that Global warming is for realzies. 'cept they got frozen in their tracks due to this weird shit they've been ignoring all along called "ICE".
So then some Scandinavians tried to come to their rescue and free them from the ice so they could continue the Lords work. But then they got stuck in the ice. So then the Chinese being the attention seeking whores they are, tried to send an ice breaker to rescue them and ran into the first ice sheet they not able to penetrate just six miles from the Ship of researchers, vacationers, thrill seekers, and grant and trust fund babies.
Yeah fun times fun times. In spite of all this the team says this all just proves that Climate change is for real. Because nobody expects an impenetrable pack ice in the Antarctic.
Fair enough. 7 million instead of 13.
It's still a miniscule portion of the population.

Amusing.
My favorite parts of your interpretation of this story.
1) The purpose of the trip was science related to global warming. Therefore they are "liberals." You can't make this shit up.
2) Their being trapped by ice is some kind of implicit proof of how wrong these liberal douchebags are with their assumptions about global warming.
A quote from the story you didn't finish comprehending...
"We're stuck in our own experiment," the Australasian Antarctic Expedition said in a statement Monday. “We came to Antarctica to study how one of the biggest icebergs in the world has altered the system by trapping ice. We ... are now ourselves trapped by ice surrounding our ship.â€
The fact that nearly every year the projections of global warmings impact on polar ice caps have been exceeded, is a fact that can't be denied. But hey, this story and your misunderstanding of it do make for a good distraction. The timing is interesting too, coinciding with the most dire predictions about global warming to have come out yet.
Hey Captain, do you ever ask yourself why the stories like that one about the stuck ship are big on fox, but predictions of fringe science global warming extremists are not ?
Consider this timeline:
* Late 2007: The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) announces that the planet will see a one degree Celsius temperature increase due to climate change by 2100.
* Late 2008: The Hadley Centre for Meteorological Research predicts a 2C increase by 2100.
* Mid-2009: The U.N. Environment Programme predicts a 3.5C increase by 2100. Such an increase would remove habitat for human beings on this planet, as nearly all the plankton in the oceans would be destroyed, and associated temperature swings would kill off many land plants. Humans have never lived on a planet at 3.5C above baseline.
* October 2009: The Hadley Centre for Meteorological Research releases an updated prediction, suggesting a 4C temperature increase by 2060.
* November 2009: The Global Carbon Project, which monitors the global carbon cycle, and the Copenhagen Diagnosis, a climate science report, predict 6C and 7C temperature increases, respectively, by 2100.
* December 2010: The U.N. Environment Programme predicts up to a 5C increase by 2050.
* 2012: The conservative International Energy Agency’s World Energy Outlook report for that year states that we are on track to reach a 2C increase by 2017.
* November 2013: The International Energy Agency predicts a 3.5C increase by 2035.

WOW! The UNtrustworthy are certainly in control of what information is apparent to the people!
Say hey! This was in the Wall Street Journal on March 30, 1999. Note "... how much it will buy."
Holy cow/interesting/compelling ...!
And where is it up to date??? Right here ... see the first chart shown in this thread.
Recent Dow day is Tuesday, December 31, 2013 __ Level is 106.3
WOW! It is hideous that this is hidden! Is there any such "Homes, Inflation Adjusted"? Yes! This was in the New York Times on August 27, 2006:
And up to date (by me) is here:

Does your wife know you still play with crayons?
I had to draw it that way so simple minds could understand it....
Like the guys who can't beat a 5 year old at investing?
Damn it. I misread the heading as Pussy is Free, Riot!. Now that's a riot I could join.

Miley Cyrus should do an Ayn Rand biopic with a tame baboon playing Frank O'Connor.
Ayn Rand, twerking and flashing camel toe. It would take a baboon to go ape shit over that.
I would like it better if the ape were rabid and went around biting liberals and pinkos on Ayn's command.
They have vowed to give Putin chlamydia, yeast and herpes if he doesn't step down from power.
Maybe they could be re-named "Pussy Rot". "We'll ride your face and ferment your nose."

A true family-oriented website would have tutorials for skinning realtors and cooking your neighbors with yams in preparation for the next financial collapse.
Please stop calling it "Bank of America"; the correct usage is "Skank of America."
Well... if we're talking Satan here, nobody can fill that role like Skank Of America. Remember when artists told it it like it is ?
"Mama, she keeps them unprepared
To meet the enemy
That's comin' unto us
Teach them that evil dwells across the sea
Lives in a mountain

Down in the heart of town
The Devil dresses up
He keeps his nails clean
Did you think he'd be a boogeyman?"

My payment was about $100 more than my property tax payment, affordability eroded along with my salary, all other costs still going up, I had to let the place go to the next buyer.
people still post zerohedge articles? LOL
affordability is all about monthly payment which is still very low compared to the last few decades due to STILL-VERY-LOW interest rates. how about a real chart?

Yes, I often confuse you with Mr Rodgers
"being white trash poor farmer working with black farmers in the fields
hoeing cotton."
Ya, po whiiiiiite trash, but with a scholarship to LSU. And a master's and bachelor's degree. If that ain't white priveledge, then what is?
Robertson received a bachelor's degree in physical education and a master's in education.[15
As an athlete in high school, Robertson was all-state in football, baseball, and track, which afforded him the opportunity to attend Louisiana Tech University in Ruston on a football scholarship in the late 1960s.[8] There he played first-string quarterback for the Bulldogs, ahead of Pro Football Hall of Famer Terry Bradshaw,[9][10] the first overall pick in the 1970 NFL Draft. When he arrived at Tech in 1966, Bradshaw caused a media frenzy on account of his reputation of being a football sensation from nearby Shreveport.[11][12] Robertson was a year ahead of Bradshaw, and was the starter for two seasons in 1966 and 1967, and chose not to play in 1968.[13]
What bothers me more than what Mr Robertson said was the reaction from some on the right to almost immediately turn this into yet another "Liberals Versus Conservatives" pissing contest, with little if any of their arguments or points having anything to do with what was said. Some of the comments being made are outright disgusting. Some people need to seriously grow up and act with an IQ beyond their shoe size
Racism- no matter what political allegiances one might have- is NOT acceptable. I grew up in the South, and while racism exists everywhere, to suggest that things were all peachy-keen back then in the South- or frankly anywhere else in the country- is a bunch of bullshit. I am in my 30's but even as a teenager I heard some utter trash coming out of people's mouths in regards to other races.
Lucky for us, those who make racist remarks are in the minority: They do not represent the ideals of what this country and its constitution stands for.

All the people who wrote the US constitution did so with the understanding that the USA was created by Whites for the benefit of Whites only. US citizens before the 1960's believed this fact. To try to change this made you a traitor.
There was no nonwhite immigration before the 1960's. US citizens were proud to live in a racially homogenous country before the 1960's.
What you consider 'racism' was accepted as a universal fact that all people have a right to live in a racially homogenous land. The USA is this land for western European whites.
Many studies have shown that racially homogenous countries are happier and have a higher level of trust among citizens. Forced diversity destroyed the natural trust between citizens previously white countries had.
Diversity is only pushed in white countries. Non white countries do not practice diversity.

The constitution is a written document with guaranteed rights which are spelled out very clearly. There is nowhere in that document that claims any intent from its authors. As such, your argument is not an argument, but rather an assertion based on personal opinion instead of facts, and hence the remainder of your commentary is nonsense.

Actions speak louder than words. It is a fact that there was no nonwhite immigration before the 1960's.
Racial homogeneity was such a basic part of life that it did not need to be spelled out. The founding fathers could not fathom a world where Whites gave up their lives and prosperity so that nonwhites can attempt to create something that they failed to create in their own country.

Yeah, I had 3 extreme conservative(not quite tepublicans)relatives(wife's) that I argued with recently about what Robertson said and how offensive it was, along with his BS implications. Of those 3, NONE of them had ever seen the show and 2 of them have neither cable nor a satelite dish to even get A&E, and not only were they defending him, but were actually giddy about what he said and it kind of gave them the pathetic courage to expand upon his rants with rants of their own.
Not only did they see nothing at all wrong with their thoughts and words, they felt that they were entitled to feel that way and say similar or worse things without any consequences.
The loudest and most obnoxious of the 3 has an adult son with his kids on welfare of every type too, not to mention that all 3 with 1 more than most people, are VERY religous.
I pointed out their hypocrisy and the irony of it and they didn't even get that.
It is a fact that there was no nonwhite immigration before the 1960's.
Now you're just proving your stupidity and the fact that you're full of shit.
Asians? Mexicans? Africans?
