That has been the goal since before the bubble. But after the bubble you can really see that in practice.
In Hollywood an area around Phipen Road, before the bubble was low income black predominantly.
After the bubble shacks were demolished and now it's starting to spring into an enclave of $500K cookie cutter town homes.
Those displaced poor blacks, and those that seek them out for drug scores. Now wander the streets, because the activist HUD investors bought houses and quadplexes when the market crashed. And now those people live rent free at the expense of the tax payer of course, in the other neighborhoods.
Just more Trump will have to clean up. We're tired of financing Pill Houses, Whorehouses, and gang flop houses next door to conservative America. While Liberal America lives miles away safely tucked behind their gated communities in the "Good School" districts.

The Liberal playtime experiment is over, time to get serious, time to get on the Trump Train.

So that the suburbs don't have to drive all the way to the ghetto to buy their drugs.

The suburbs enjoy massive subsidies. They should learn to pay for themselves, or help out in some other way. It's welfare for the BMW people.

This screws over a lot of men, by taking their tax money to subsidize someone else's neighborhood. Seems like the red pillerz would care about this, but they're too busy obsessing about how feminism might have made 18% of their corporate leadership female.

The whole premise of the article is wrong: Nobody is trying to force suburbs to become "less white and less wealthy". Indeed, it is now *fashionable* to live in the city, even for couples with children. This means someone else have to be sold the suburbs. Those someone else are poor people, being forced from the city to the burbs, to make room for massive condo towers for the top 20%. That's what is really going on. Very simple.

Indeed, they call it "urban renewal" and it's code for "get the poor people out of this prime location real estate." In LA they have this little statute that says that released felons with ties to gang activity can't live within 50 miles of their gang territory. This has really helped clean up south central LA (of blacks), Mexicans mostly moved in (lower crime), and San Bernadino has become the new ghetto. Keep the poor blacks out in the desert! That's the way to make LA great again!
