I like this line of argument, but the only hole is that most in that age group (a) don't like the looks of those teenagers at Denny's (really scared of uncertainty), and (b) are likely to be swayed by sexist arguments (which is what the whole "sick, dying Hillary" thing is).

Roosevelt served from January 1933 through April 1945 from a wheelchair, and should probably not have even run for a 3rd term in 1940, but it's indisputable that he was effective during WWII. Many of the elderly know this, but won't see the parallel because Roosevelt was a man.

Trump, of course, is mentally ill and incompetent on that basis alone. It's not for nothing that he has withheld his medical records: there is certainly substantial physical illness which will only make his mental illness more debilitating in the coming years.
