The most significant part here is. This is evidence that came through FBI discovery.

All of the evidence before regardless how damning was flawed evidence compromised by third party discovery that had nothing to do with the prosecution.
The previous evidence could have never been used to convict. Convince? Most definitely but not convict.

Now if any of their emails are part of those threads. Then all of that previous ignored evidence comes into play.

The second most important thing is.

These new revelations will bring about new charges that are unrelated to the previous charges. Other than it proves she committed perjury, well pretty much everyone has.
Everyone could go to jail but Sheryl Mills because she was smart enough to get immunity. But now Wiener and Uma's emails could have new incriminating evidence separate from her immunity deal.

This looks like a missed detail in the Clinton Coverup. Huma was so caught up in throwing her husband under the bus she forgot her evidence against him would also bring her and her crooked employer down!

which part of the FBI letter says it has any evidence about negligent or illegal activity? and since you didn't understand this event, the prior investigation is not being reopened. New emails are being looked at which may or may not have anything to do with the prior investigation. It could be all over again, or it could be serious, you have no way of knowing at all.
