Based on his cabinet picks, the monied interests are very well represented. Corporate America is dancing in the streets.

Based ont he corporate donations to the election cycle-hedge funds and wall streets donating close to 100% -we know which party candidate they supported.
Based on the action he has taken so far, we know who is supporting. Dems could lose a generation by their foolishness.

They supported the party that they thought was going to win. As they always do.

Not sure what you mean by the action he has taken so far? You mean handing over Treasury to Goldman Sachs? Handing over State Dept. to Exxon? Appointing a warmonger AG that supports the police state taking innocent citizen's assets with no cause? Hiring a corrupt Congressman who is not only bought and paid for by the Health Care Industry, and not only traded on inside information, but actually made policy decisions to help the companies he invested in so he could further line his pockets. Not to mention his tax policy--which is a giant middle finger to his voters.

Dems could gain a generation by Trump's foolishness. They just need to get out of his way and let him eff up.

Nah-they always hedge. As for the rest-blah, blah, blah. These are people immensely successful who do not need to do favors to maintain the jetsetting lifestyle. Liek trump who has created so many jobs already-maybe they made their money and now want to do some good for America.

Unlike the dems-where politics and lobbying are the means to their lifestyle.

President Obama’s 1,385 commutation grants – which includes 504 life sentences – is also more than the total number of commutations issued by the past 12 presidents combined. (Kinda like adding MORE debt than all the other President's combined, too).

And with today’s 64 pardons, the President has now granted a total of 212 pardons.

Most of them are probably his "sons" It's a family thing.

Update: 60 Democratic lawmakers now say they are skipping Donald Trump's inauguration ceremony on Jan. 20, a number that grew Saturday after the president-elect dismissed a congressman who is a civil rights icon as "all talk."

Trump does not care. He is hoping they never show up in Congress too.
By the way, what percent of the democrat lawmakers does the "60" represent?

There is 194 Dems in the House right now, so it's almost 1/3 as of right now. I'm sure by Friday it will be more.

I take that back. The rich white people in Playa vista who vote for her are even stupider...perhaps almost brain dead.

Jealosy towards Jersey? Same shit as CA with worse weather.

Wrong again... Same weather as the Bay Area (where most of you knuckleheads live) but at 1/4 of the housing cost of the Bay Area.

Did your jealousy just increase??

Dude, please. "NJ has the same weather as SFBA" - is comedy gold right there.

As for cost of living there: the property taxes are twice the national average (and no protection of Prop13), there is also state income tax (albeit slightly smaller than in CA), higher heating costs in winter, higher cooling costs in summer, fucking toll roads everywhere, fucking humidity... fucking snow... fucking Dem majority in both houses since the start of the century with no end in sight... fucking snow again! Yeah, that shit is as jealousy-inducing as colon cancer....

I don't see any serious differences between these two Dem-infested states. But if your campaign of persuading people to move from SFBA to NJ is successful, I'll be first to give you a standing applause.

http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2017/jan/16/president-obama-leaves-legacy-of-wider-racial-rift/

After eight years, Obama leaves a legacy of a wider racial rift

An undeniable part of President Obama’s legacy is that Americans believe race relations have worsened during an eight-year period, with the emergence of the Black Lives Matter movement, assassinations of police officers and several high-profile attempts by the nation’s first black president to bridge the racial divide.

Although Mr. Obama’s popularity is high for a second-term president, polls consistently show the public has a more negative view of race relations today than when he was inaugurated in 2009.

79715   Nobody   2017 Jan 18, 1:27pm

Oh boy, after inheriting George Bush's disaster, Obama did a good job despite Republicans trying to ruin America.
People seem to forget that Bush has squandered the government surplus and caused the economic melt down,
not to mention getting us into the middle eastern mess.

Now, Republicans are back, they will squander all the government surplus and give the rich more money.

I don't get it. There will be no more money to educate our kids. So the schools need to accept more Chinese students?

Remember, every dead male is a military-age male. Just like every stubborn Vietnamese Peasant who refuses to walk the 5 miles back from his 12-hour rice paddy farming routine to the "Strategic Hamlet" is a VC.

Mr. Obama embraced a disputed method for counting civilian casualties that did little to box him in. It in effect counts all military-age males in a strike zone as combatants, according to several administration officials, unless there is explicit intelligence posthumously proving them innocent…

Trump will go after ISIS, but other than that nothing major.
