violent Berkeley protesters took a worthless no-name (Milo) and launched him into the national spotlight last night, tripling his expected earnings in 2017.
When will they get it?
Violent protests are illegal and should have never been allowed to occur. That was the campuses fault for not having enough security and failing to set things up so they didn't get out of hand. People should not have been allowed in the area with clubs or anything that could be a weapon for a start.
I can't believe you actually get it. The protests against Milo...and Ben Shapiro and others are absolutely violent and seek to prevent the speaker from speaking and people from attending. Even when no weapons are present, crowd shouting and force are. And the worst is that these sort of activities are encouraged by the local politicians and administrators verbally, and by ordering police not to engage.
Certainly par for the course in Los Angeles where the imbecilic city council encouraged the phony Soros funded occupy movement to camp out for months at city hall and where police frequently do almost nothing to prevent protestors from committing violent acts of entering the freeways.

This is exactly why these violent protesters are not held responsible, not arrested, not charged with felonies, etc
The cops are using the wrong guns imo.
It would have sent the cockroaches hiding

Berkeley is in the bay area not LA.
That "antifa" crowd is as FASCIST as it gets. As in these unwitting state zombies having no tolerance of someone who is against the state policies.
failing to expel the students engaged in these violent protests.
Wrong. For failing to expel students engaging in violent acts at protests. From the videos I've watched the majority of the protesters were not violent and were rightfully engaging in their first amendment right to speak out against what they perceive as wrongs.
The protests are nearly always turning violent against Milo...the minimum level lately being protestors blocking Milo or his audience from entering.
That's a security problem, not a right to protest problem.
Fearless leader, your sfgate link is from September 6.
True, doh! I need to start looking at the date on articles.
But SFGate says they were about police racism:

LOL to Patrick posting articles from 2014
you got me called out when I forwarded that link to a few friends about the Berkeley protest. Thanks a lot Patrick lol
I guess this is equality? In saudi only women wear tents, In berkely men wear tents too!!
So they protest, light fires, damage property, beat up and bloody people, pepper spray people-to protest a gay Jewish dude-LOL!!!

Hey, if you are even reading the articles before posting them, you're two steps ahead of the typical Patnetter.
APOCALYPSEFUCK_is_ADORABLE says
Will TRUMPLIGULA! Be Forced To Shoot Queen Elizabeth in the Face When He Visits the UK?
Forced no, but he'll do it anyway. Putin double dog dared him.
You have to admit Milo knows how to create controversy and get the leftys riled up.
So basically, California wants to secede from the Union, because they want to keep their cheap slave labour...sound familiar?
and this is different from protest movements for the last 250 years how? There's always going to be a violent fringe waiting to pop up. Protests, any protest, can easily turn violent. Extreme groups can infiltrate and disrupt any protest. Short of submitting everyone to sodium pentathol and lie detectors how do you identify them? You don't, you control the protest so it doesn't happen.
I think the issue is that VIOLENT protests are virtually exclusive to the political left.
When was the last time in the last quarter century has their been a large group of right-wingers using violence and intimidation and burning shit down to shut down a liberal event or speech?
It never happens.
I still remember the media going ape-shit when they found some dude with a racist sign (probably a plant) at a Tea-party rally and the political right were made to own that guy despite being outnumbered 10,000 to 1 by peaceful marchers.
The decision by "college republicans" to "invite" him on campus was clearly a tactless and a provocative act. Berkeley and especially the berkeley campus have reputation as a symbolic liberal capital of United States. If you were outraged a few years ago about the discussion to build a mosque where World Trade Center used to be, then surely you can understand the symbolic provocation of inviting Milo to campus. This incident must also be viewed in a larger context of Trump's election, Bannon's role in the government and alt right movement in general.
I'm confused. Did the kid grow up to be a Trans Fat Commie? Or did the kid himself grow up and is acting like a Low Energy incel blaming his lack of fatherhood on Trans Fats?
Trans Fat... LOL

I'm sorry, did we see Conservatives overturning poles, chasing people, cold clocking people, accusing all bystanders of being Bolsheviks, throwing barricades through windows, shooting fireworks at cops, and trying to burn down buildings to protest the Mosque?
I must have missed it - can you point me to a youtube?

I think that is blaming the victim. Would you accept that rational if people at Liberty or Chapman University rioted and used violence to prevent the local gay chapter from inviting a gay liberal speaker to campus?

Can tell you where schooled in revisionist history. Civil war was due to the Feds not respecting states right to secede. Secession was due to federal taxes that put 80% of the burden on the south. Regurgitate propaganda much?
and their precious socialist society would crumble
Like I said, REALLY in favor of secession.
implemented their Left political agenda
Once the shackles of the feds are thrown off, the shackles of Sactown would quickly follow.
Milo, and whoever is responsible for his brand, must be ecstatic over this shit.

I would add that Lincoln's Hamiltonian ideas had a lot to do with it as well
California needs to act fast to become a protectorate of Australia.
"I'll pull out a Roscoe and shoot her in the face. Nobody will even notice, all they ever look at is the hat."

Apple really appreciates taking your money!!
For sure! But what's wrong with that?
Where I have an issue is to pay 2X - 3X for the same product/function because it has a pretty logo of an Apple on it. That's just crazy, but some people buy "status", and pay handsomely for it.... I buy "function".
I buy "function" but I also buy "looks". My first iMac replaced a PC in the office. The PC was only used for emails, some browsing, printing out stuff and quickbooks...the iMac replaced the PC in that function. But the selling point was that it looked frigging killer. Instead of the INSANE cable clutter. Just one screen, keyboard, mouse. Just one example.
It's a free market - you buy what you want. If you don't like the price tag on an iPhone...get a samsung. It might blow up and burn your house down...but it functions the same way, mostly. Or the chinese "iPhone" killer. Can't think of the name now...H something... - I don't think apple is no longer 2-3 times the price of anything that is comparable.
The watch - I am not a watch person, haven't had one in 15 years. I thought the first gen was "meh". Didn't buy it. But I grabbed this one now because I found use for sports tracking and its water proof which is a big deal as I surf 4 times a week. I can't believe I am saying it...I love this thing. But the most important part - none of the other watches have a "cool" look. They all have the nerdy look. Like 1980 calculator style watches for the nerd in school. Apple just gets the "fashion" aspect right. The design aspect.
But you have to be somebody that appreciates Design. I do. If you are a pure "functions" type then maybe its not for you.
