I believe Trump was more interested in winning the race to be President, and he loved the idea of being President. But I don't think he ever gave much thought to what the job is or whether he was going to be capable of doing it, let alone whether he was very interested in doing the job.

Maybe he would like to be impeached sooner rather than later. If that happens he can cry foul, that he got screwed over by the elite, and maybe start a hugely profitable right wing media outlet.

Whereas if he stays for years, there will be so many of these crazy stories with his infantile reactions and drama, that he will go down in history as the biggest joke of a President ever.

That's what my pal does - but he does do some work on the place when he visits. Generally he goes in the 'off season' which starts right around now. His rates are variable and peak around the holidays.

Perhaps somewhat counter-intuitively the airlines drop prices right before he wants to leave rather than raising them the last two weeks. Or usually apparently. Investigations don't start because you HAVE evidence, investigations start because you have enough credible cause TO investigate to FIND evidence one way or the other.

It is actually unknown if Trump is under investigation or not. Standard operating procedure for the FBI is not to reveal to a suspect if they are investigating them. Words on paper from Trump, saying he isn't being investigated, followed by "the Russia thing" as the reason behind firing in the NBC interview, leads us where?
