A chicken with it's head cut off moves pretty fast too. A good political cartoon would be Pence standing and smiling while a headless chicken runs about shitting on everything.

It was telling in the first weeks of his term when Kelly Anne was on the air programming us to think that Trump is a man of action. He follows up his worst week by saying he is moving so fast that his press team cannot keep up, regardless of how good they are. They always focus on how fast he is moving, and never ask whether he is moving in the right direction - or even in a consistent direction for that matter.

VWs and Audi's are junk anyways. I'd buy domestic over these terds any day.

For what it's worth, I only buy Japanese vehicles.

It's incredible, to be honest.

It's not just that he's an un-knowledgeable and embarrassing individual, but it's that he's almost proud of his anti-curiosity about the world, that he sources his information from genuinely unreliable means (of the pop culture genre), has an obsession over celebrity matters and popularity at any given moment, and that he sells his core base a vision of what he has done and what he is doing that often 10p% at odds with what the people he has no nominated, appointed or brought with him are doing (Goldman Sachs, Military-Industrial Complex, Big Banking and Financial Industry includingnprifate equity and vulture capital, etc.).

Trump is the essence - the very definition of - a pure unadulterated con that is a cult of personality.

When the lives of the members that form his core base not only don't improve, but worsen, and this is inevitable, is when the Trump messaging (form over substance) will no longer keep even his core base in rural counties from turning on him.

I searched for this and found a WaPO article from January.

https://www.washingtonpost.com/news/innovations/wp/2017/01/16/trump-german-automakers-will-pay-tariff-on-cars-built-outside-u-s/?utm_term=.620576936aba

German manufacturers and suppliers increased their production of cars in the United States from 214,000 to 850,000 between 2009 and 2016, according to Matthias Wissmann, head of the German Association of the Automotive Industry. Speaking at the North American International Auto Show in Detroit last week, Wissmann said that 41 percent of those cars are sold in the United States and the rest are exported to other countries.

German automakers employ 33,000 people in the United States and German suppliers count another 77,000, Wissmann said.

It would be interesting to know if we have a net import or export of assembled cars. Nobody should be using the words building cars anymore. It is assembly.

My last VW was the best deal ever on a car. Owned it 3+ years. Put 65k on it. Never even had to do tires or brakes, just six oil changes and one DSG trans service. Some jerk hit it and i pocketed the insurance money just before selling it back to VW for almost what I paid for it. Not bad for a car that got ~45 mpg

Ask a Trumpcuck how exactly do I replace that? Where is the Made in American alternative?

84098   anonymous   2017 May 26, 7:19am

Considering that 75 percent of the assholes on the road drive an Audi or a BMW, this is a win

84102   Shaman   2017 May 26, 8:34am

Oh noz! What will coastal elite Leftists drive?!!

84103   Shaman   2017 May 26, 8:41am

Keep dreaming. Trump may be a buffoon, but he was the only candidate speaking to the needs of the people in 2016. Thus he was elected. I think those needs won't have switched from jobs, security, and freedom to globalism, importing Muslim barbarians, and revoking freedoms by 2018.
As bad as Trump is, remember that he easily defeated Hillary in the election. Imagine if either 1)Trump gets better at being Presidential, or 2)a better candidate emerges to head the GOP? Democrats will continue to lose "bigly" until they change their party platform

84104   Patrick   2017 May 26, 8:44am

Quigley says

a better candidate emerges to head the GOP

Hell, if a better candidate emerges in either party, or a new party, he's got my vote.

He just has to truly represent the majority of Americans, and not the elites who want to outsource jobs and insource Islamic terror.

84105   FortWayne   2017 May 26, 8:48am

Democrats don't give a damn about America. They are too busy banning guns and letting crazy men into girls restrooms.

84106   Patrick   2017 May 26, 9:27am

Democrats need to remember that their mission is to represent ordinary working Americans and not special identity groups.

84109   fdhfoiehfeoi   2017 May 26, 1:16pm

@Patrick For some on the forum, banning may not have been enough. Have you considered an "Ironman Recovery" group?

84110   acebrg   2017 May 26, 2:56pm

looks up one of the names and lo and behold fake news. They get a convicted pedophile with the same name as a Republican leader and OMG RAPIST!! The two people are not the same. Try again lib-idiots.

How Triggered Does Someone Have to Be to Keep Deriding a User Who is No Longer on The Forum

Not nearly as much as someone who would open a thread bitching about the occasional joke at an asshole's expense.

Look, if you don't like my humor, fine. Just ignore it. If you have to open a thread to whine about it, you're the one who is triggered. Maybe you need to go to one of those Berkeley safe spaces where you won't hear anything that offends you.

I'm going to continue making jokes when the opportunity arises. People with a better sense of humor than you have find them funny. The fact that you don't is your loss. Maybe if you removed that stick from your ass, you'd be able to have a nice laugh.

Technically the joke was about his wife.

Dan8267 says

If you have to open a thread to whine about it

Where did I whine? Did I ask you not to make the joke? Did I say it wasn't funny? You're imposing a lot of your thoughts on my words, none of which correlate... Ohh wait, this is DAN...

Dan8267 says

I'm going to continue making jokes when the opportunity arises.

Apparently for you the opportunity is when the other person can't give it back, because they've been banned. I guess having no opponent is your only chance, that's certainly backed up by your ban of me in your threads. Starting to see a trend here...

Dan8267 says

Maybe if you removed that stick from your ass

Maybe I'll stop picking on your when you stop picking on people who can't post back. You brought this on yourself Dan, and since it's my thread, not yours, you have to deal with it.

Democrats need to remember that their mission is to represent ordinary working Americans and not special identity groups.

The GOP needs to remember that their mission is to represent ordinary working Americans and not big business, too big to fail banks, the oil industry, wall street, the military industrial war machine - sigh - the list is too long to keep going.

84119   RichardWicks   2017 May 26, 5:12pm

Oh boo hoo, if only the warmongering Butcher of Libya that voted for the Authorization to Use Force in Iraq was elected. If only that war criminal could be president instead of an inexperienced businessman that can actually read a ledger sheet.

Democratic party is dead, and if it's not dead yet, it means that people voting for them still haven't realized that Democratic party is every bit as corrupt and disgusting as the Republican party was in 2008 for lying the nation into a completely unjustified war in Iraq.

Clinton stole the nomination from Bernie Sanders. Whether you agree with Sanders or not, he was the choice of the primary voters. Democratic party is corrupt, let it die. Republican party is already dead, which is why anybody but another Neocon piece of garbage won the nomination. The same thing happened with the Democrats, but the Democratic party couldn't give less of a crap about who their members actually voted for, so they put a war criminal up for election.

And please don't lecture us on the failings of Trump. What were the successes of Obama? Dropping bombs on 7 nations over the course of 8 years? Staffing the Iraq War with mercenaries instead of US servicemen? When he ran on Hope and Change, I think we were all expecting a little more than gay marriage being legalized and transgendered bathrooms. We expected an end to all these stupid wars.

So where are all those German cars going to go? Poland?

Tee Hee!

It means the Eurocrats will have an even harder time trying to strong arm the UK to pay for years of EU Budgets when they won't be a member, and they'll have to give in sooner on a Trade Agreement with the UK.

Meanwhile, a ton of doors open up because EU rules prevent a lot of UK Trade with the rest of the World.

No, honey. I'm quite happy to point out that you are a special snowflake who can't take a joke, but you are the only one triggered here. No amount of "I know you are, but what am I" is going to change that.

You can try to pick on me as much as you want. Become the next piggy. Go ahead. You are already mostly there, but all you are doing is revealing how much of a loser you are. The thing is, every whiny little bitch post you make, demonstrates how petty and insecure the conservative right is. So keep on talking. I'll keep on laughing.

I'm anti-war, pro-pot, and believe government should stay out of legislating who can marry who. Not much of a conservative, or maybe you're just a closet liberal-hater.

I think the other side has now also woken up and will fight it tooth and nail now.

Wrong! The Leftists were "woke" this whole time, actively pushing their cause for a less free, more PC America where the elite would have all and the poor would subsist on food stamps (and vote Democrat). It's the nationalists and populists who recently awoke from their induced delusions of security to find that the rats have almost eaten the cellar bare. These are the people who are now pushing back and THAT is why you have Trump. It's not that Trump was so great as that he was the only choice once Bernie was shunted to the corner.
I've said it before and I'll say it again: my first choice was Bernie, and my second choice was Trump! I posted many times about this before the DNC ran his campaign off the tracks with every dirty trick they could imagine. After that I was like screw Democrats! Let's elect someone they'll really hate!

84132   Shaman   2017 May 27, 9:08am

What's the difference between a porcupine and a Mercedes sports car?
With the porcupine, the prick is on the outside!
