incidence of psychotropic Rx in these students

I think that in top ranked schools at doctorate level about a third to a half of students are on prescribed psychotropic medications.

With respect to undergraduates, probably less are on "prescribed" psychotropics, but many use Adderall (which is both stimulant and anti-ADD drug) non-medically to be able to concentrate.

From literature: up to 30% of college students use Adderall non-medically. The numbers vary significantly by school, with the greatest proportion of users at private and "elite" universities.

Driving allies away to where? Trump is considered a Nationalist: someone who generally ascribes loyalty to the nation-state, as opposed to other group interests. Although he is not purely Nationalistic. Europe leaders are primarily Globalist: advocating immigration, global governance, interventionism and free trade. Interestingly, the greatest resistance to Europe's position are the former Soviet Bloc Nations such as Hungary, Poland etc.
In any case, no one is surprised by Trump's position as he made it abundantly clear all through out his campaign...in fact his motto remains "Make America great again". Clearly Nationalistic overtures.
What remains to be seen, is if his policies can garnish positive results as he envisions. The US does not have the global dominance it once had, much of it lost incidentally through globalization. Frankly, I feel the Bush's were more Globalists, and naturally Clinton and Obama also.

Well, the good thing is that all these students will leave college with no education, a worthless degree in liberal arts, no job lined up, and a hundred grand in student debt. Then they have to face the real world, and it's not going to be nice to them. They are setting themselves up for failure and a rude awakening.

Respecfully, I would say they are being set up for failure by a policy environment where the federal government is diverting too much money into subsidizing (a) too many psychotropic prescriptions and (b) too many degrees relative to the number of careers that require those degrees.

Years ago, a friend went to Evergreen. We lost touch, but on their website it looks like he graduated.

Years later, he killed himself. He had been a really brilliant and idealistic kid, but he was a white male, so I can only wonder how they might have messed with his head.

Hell, it was Bush Sr. who came up with the one world government plan and attempted to enforce it with the first Gulf War. That was the first tip of the globalist hand, and led to 30 years of globalist policies that nearly destroyed this country.

Also, if you're an undocumented illegal alien, getting in-state tuition in a country you're not even a citizen of and were never a taxpayer (nor your off-the-books parents), how the F*CK were you ever oppressed?

d to 30 years of globalist policies that nearly destroyed this country

I have heard stories from Muslims that humanism and democracy have destroyed Islam. This looks like same shit of blaming changing environment and adjustment vs staying in the same status quo. This country needs to adapt like everyone else and not just stand still or else it will be left behind.

It is very tempting to look at the golden period and do the same things over and over and hope that by doing so we can get back to the golden period.

If I understand your point correctly: That we must adapt to changes or risk falling behind....I'm not certain that's the issue. Many things have changed, yet in the manner of governing people there is nothing new under the sun. History is replete with example. The battle is (as has been throughout human history) which form will prevail, and will that form be best for mankind.

Supremely stupid. Liberals do not even know how to be liberal.

They write, "Latinx (????) students will have the options (option you illiterate) of taking Spanish classes for free to provide reparation for forced assimilation and erasure of our language."

What these stupid fools do not understand is that SPANISH IS NOT 'THEIR' LANGUAGE.

Spanish is a white language, a European language, belonging to the European country of Spain.

Spanish people are WHITE EUROPEANS.

As it has worked its way throughout the world, Spanish is essentially a language of oppression. The only reason brown South and Central Americans speak Spanish is because it was forced upon them by the Spanish colonizers. By the sword.

If they truly wanted to "keep it real", they would be hearkening and promoting their indigenous languages, like Quechua in South America. THAT is your "real" language.

But they are too stupid to understand that.

Liberals are so stupid they don't even know how to be liberal.

President Trump on Monday said he was open to raising the federal tax on gasoline and using the new revenue for his infrastructure package, a potentially major policy change as his top advisers try to assemble a plan to finance $1 trillion in new projects.

This is actually a good thing. Infrastructure investment is very important and a gas tax discourages unnecessary gas consumption. Let's see if he follows through on the infrastructure investment.

I do not think that happens unless there is something special at that school. As far as I know, there is a provision in Texas that Mexico nationals get in-state tuition (this is historical, and in many schools goes back nearly 100 years - UTEP for example), but I have not heard of similar law in Washington.

I'm sorry, didn't Obama bail out the banks, not prosecute Bank Fraud, Lie about the non-existent skills gap, push countless Refugees from War Torn areas as refugees, emplace a Massive Corporate Subsidy for Healthcare Companies making Record Profits post-Obamneycare, etc. etc. etc.?

Eventually, Carter Page will testify, and thanks to the Courts, we know that under Obama the IC abused the fuck out of FISA. Obama prosecuted more Whistleblowers than all previous admins combined. He even tried to imprison journalists. History will not be kind to him.

I remind Democrats that their eventual Candidate, after much Skulldruggery by the DNC that is defending itself in a lawsuit on grounds that "Impartiality" is not an enforceable Clause and saw TWO Chairwomen resign within weeks of each other for rigging the nominations, was opposed to Glass-Steagall and told bankers she had a "Public" (talk tough to fool the sheep) and "Private" (help banksters) Policy.
