1. The Republicans need to seek impeachment for it to work. They control all three branches of the government including a majority of both chambers of Congress.

Ha, I'd like to see the dumb ass republicans try. They'd get their asses kicked out of office. Even if the Supreme Court under conservative rule overturned Roe v. Wade, the people would use violence against any cop who tried to enforce an abortion ban. It's one of the few things that would actually incite rebellion. It would be suicide to try to overturn Roe v. Wade in our gynocentric society.
