1) THe IRaq war was not paid for (until the OBama years) - not sure why - maybe because they were afraid that if they paid for it they would have to rescind the Bush tax cuts.

2) Same with Medicare part D

3) Bush ERA spending taking pace in 2009, when tax revenues took a massive drop due to the extreme recession was a primary cause

4) Stimulus spending to prevent the recession from being even worse, and halting the housing crash wasn't really something there was other options to
