Next they will want to investigate Tonkin Gulf!

You mean the incident that a mea culpa was issued and millions were paid within weeks, and millions more in a year or so? That Israel paid up and the Navy considered closed 50-60 years ago? That an Israeli tank commander thought he was being shelled from sea which is how the incident started? And the NSA has already released the transcripts where you can read for yourself how it unfolded that a merchant ship class, of which 2000+ were produced, converted to a listening vessel, might have been accidentially attacked a being Egyptian, considering the Egyptians had half a dozen of that exact same class? And was 100+ miles away from where it was instructed to be, and that 6th Fleet revamped their communications immediately following?

Read the Transcripts for yourself:

Fun Fact: The United States attacked it's own vessels twice, once in 1966 and again in 1968, including cruisers that North Vietnam obviously did not have.

War is not a video game, where the enemy always shows up in Red on the MiniMap on your HUD, especially not back in the 1960s.

This is what our children learn in school.
"In early August 1964, two U.S. destroyers stationed in the Gulf of Tonkin in Vietnam radioed that they had been fired upon by North Vietnamese forces. In response to these reported incidents, President Lyndon B. Johnson requested permission from the U.S. Congress to increase the U.S. military presence in Indochina."

Remember the Maine!"

Beating a dead boat?

Remember the False Flag! So many false flags, so little history!

They refuse to tell us who shot Kennedy.

No motive is ever provided. Israel was beating the shit out of the Arabs and had them on the run, everywhere on Day 4. The excuse to get the US in is rubbish.

It was the Soviets that threatened nukes in 67 and 73 to get Israel to give a cease fire to Arab Imperialist Scum.

American Legion calls for investigation of sinking of USS Liberty

As long as I don't have to pay for a stupid investigation, they can investigate what they want. Including why I get horny every time I see a beautiful pussy and boobs.

America agrees. 911 will never be forgotten.

Damn Israelis! If we had managed in time to attribute it to any other country in the region, we could have invaded.

I forgot, history is written by the victors.

Our kids history books don't talk about the truth as much as propaganda. SJW high school teachers spend a week on rosie the riveter before they move on to the injustice of the Japanese internment camps. Their history of WW2 culminates with the atrocity of Hiroshima. Our children are indoctrinated with a "western culture is evil and oppressive" curriculum.

It's true that the West has committed atrocities over its history. So has the whole fucking world at some point in history. We do not want atrocities committed against humanity anymore, which is why we must stop those who continue to do so. The worst of the worst are believers in Islam. What Islam did to the Yazidis is unforgivable. What they do across the globe is not acceptable.
I understand many Muslims would not even think of harming anyone, but Islam as a religion is the breeding ground for those who commit atrocities. If we want to stop Islamic atrocities, we need to go for the root of the problem, which is Islam and nothing else but Islam.

With what? US 'aid' given to Israel? What'a punishment!

The United States wasn't at war with Israel, and they were flying the US flag. It was a US intelligence ship, Israel didn't want the US gathering intelligence, and it was a chance to blame Egypt on the attack. It's not the first time Israel has done a false flag. You must know about the Lavon Affair.

Yep :-/

I just hope that the Israelis don't get another bug up their ass and try to outdo themselves as far as past false flag ops.

I think though now the general public is more cynical and more informed that it may not be able to easily get away with another false flag ops.

It might be just because we're older. I don't know what the younger people are thinking. I think the difference is more old people have been on the Internet than any time before, and we saw a true, free, Internet.

I think it's more insidious than that. As a kid I learned similar stuff and I was like "phew! Glad we learned our lesson and we'll never do THAT again!"

And then we did it again.

Like segregation and racial discrimination. We are doing that again. I learned the basics of propaganda, like repetition. All you need to do is repeat the same thing over and over.

It's not 1967 anymore: moderb air and missile defense would comfortably repeal any "accidental" attack. (Unless you are Red Fleet types floating around in your best just overhauled state-of-the art missile/IAD flagship, but that is whole 'nother story and your IAD WILL be overwhelmed by 3 AShMs, LOL).
