Complete bullshit.

No private citizen should have their taxes thrust onto public display for the entertainment of political vampires.

That's why there will be a comprehensive Voter reform fight coming in the next 12 months. That will provide a laundry list of every must have item the Republicans have wanted for years.

Purge all voter roles, start fresh with Federal provide Voter Photo ID card. All Federal elections will be over saw and tallied by a Federal election board.
The Federal election board will have the Votes the same time the Delegates and Electorate College gets them. They will then certify the election contrary to what ever scheme the State election officials and party delegates were concocting. Super Delegates will be defunct and have no purpose in a Federal election. The Federal government will run the election, so it wont matter how many States vote in the affairs of the Presidential election. It wont be decided by them anyway.

its just more leverage for the government to keep its hold. There really is no difference between republicans and democrats. While citizens toil away producing for the country, government officials are spending your money on feel good projects, expensive dinners, luxury offices, and trips. These entitlements for officials are long past their due.

Theres a lot of complaints about the amount of money CEOs make, but no one seems to want to talk about the income disparity between government and the masses. There is no reason why anyone in government should be making more money than the average pay of the country. Let our success be their success.

Restrictions should be removed from citizens voting, not increased.

That would be expensive and I am not a fan in that I think federalism is important and the states should have the power to make these decisions. I strongly suspect this plan will not pass constitutional muster.
But than again, it seems unlikely that the CA Senate plan passes constitutional muster either. And yes, what next? A wiener check? Would that please state Sen. Scott Wiener, and would his wiener pass the check?

Yeah you mean like they tried to do to Trump during the 2016 Primaries, then again after the general election? If not for Reince Priebus a couple of States were going to not certify Trump and put Mitt Romney as their choice instead. This is why Manafort and Roger Stone went to jail.

I’m really not worried about Trump winning the primary. Trump supporters can still do a write in for California if it even matters.
Gawd I hate our California government so much!

So, what is stopping them from keeping people off the ballot unless they are Democrats? Void the Republican primary completely. Sounds like Iran, when only government approved people are allowed to run for any election.

That seems to be the direction they are meandering towards.

Theres a tight partnership with tech companies to reduce/silence far right voices, however little to nothing is done about the aggression/violence/hatred regularly coming from the far left camp.

The deck is stacked, but its a rigged game from inception. Do you really have a choice? Its either Failure A stealing your money and rights or Failure B. No one ever runs on the premise of reducing draconian laws or actually rolling back entitlements or failed regulation.

There really isnt any difference in the parties, they find the most outlandish things to argue about and then argue not about the merit of the sum of its parts, but about the minority fringe elements of specific policies. They choose these policies to distract people from discussing actual policy or moving away from the status quo. As long as you are arguing about marriage/abortion/borders/death penalty/etc you are blind to the use of surveillance on citizens, military movement, decreases of civil liberties etc.

A few poster need to read this again and again. Not only does the California Democrat party have zero regard for the first amendment, they are actually trying to turn California into a banana republic.

Why should any citizen be commanded to hand over their tax returns and have them made public? What would this accomplish?

Land of the free my ass.

For Stupid Яep/Cons, States Rights!
How's that shit Яepublicans talk, going to taste, when they have to eat it.

".. would require presidential candidates to release five years' worth of income tax returns or not appear on the primary ballot."

California loves the 1st Amendment as in FUCK Trump.
Everyone that runs will have to release their tax returns.Dems,Independents,Libertarians,Marxists,ISIS,what have you & Trump. What are you hiding Trump?

BTW,It's not law,yet.

If they do that the only reasonable thing to do is to void CA from the whole election.

i don't think they can constitutionally keep someone off the ballot, as tax returns are not a constitutional requirement.

They can’t. But they don’t care either. The internet fact check bill was clearly unconstitutional, but the mouth breathing Dems in California’s assembly and senate passed it anyway.

Really I don’t see how any thinking person can vote for any of them. Theyre all brain dead morons.
