Waaah! Where's my handout? Where's my government subsidy?

Trump gave them a subsidy. From the article:

"In an effort to curb the tariffs’ impact, the Trump administration rolled out a $12 billion subsidy program to bail out farmers last year."

They don't want handouts. They want results.

The first guy emphasizes how many of Trumps associates were indicted. Am I the only who looked at the summary of why each of those people were indicted, and thought "gee, most of these indictments are BS desperate attempts to prosecute them for anything they could, so they could squeeze them into squealing on others". I feel like you would get a similar # of indictments w/ most presidential administrations, because I think politics, when you get near the top, is just plain dirty. A lot of the indictments were for lying to investigators. Not that I think Trump is an angel...I'm just saying the "omg 34 indictments means Trump is a bad man" argument is lame. To be fair, Some of the indictments are very worthy, though.

Next, the woman complains about how all the "divisiveness" and rhetoric from Trump is exhausting. Oh, the irony of that statement. She's on CNN, one of the main sources of left wing rhetoric (aka extremely divisive rhetoric). CNN is one of the media outlets that capitalizes by telling people they're oppressed, and victims. This makes people angry, and specifically, angry at their so called "oppressors". This is extremely divisive. They say: "Hey young lady...you'll never achieve parity w/ men in the workplace, because you're a woman, and the evil white male patriarchy will oppress you and keep you down. Next time you fail at work, just remember, it's not due to your performance or otherwise your fault - it's actually because you're an oppressed victim. btw Vote democrat to fix this." They deliver a similar message to minorities.

I turned the video off at this point. CNN garbage. I bet they told these people what to say.

btw, does anyone know the CNN reporter's name? I've seen her in a few other videos, and feel that blonde lady is one of CNN's more biased employees.

This harassment of Trump's family. friends, and business associates is also a warning to Mark Cuban, Starbucks Schwartz, and any other businessperson who would dare run for President.

Trump may have been the only person able to withstand the absolute wall of shit the establishment has thrown at him for the crime of daring to oppose them. Anyone less bumptious or less wealthy or less of a narcissist would have buckled by now. You’ve got to admire the sheer fortitude of the man who can tell all the actors, politicians, and public figures that they’re LOSERS when they all come after him.
That kind of self-image is kind of impressive.

Returning to OP and being serious for a second - while I am no supporter of t-RUMP, it would be interesting to hear what mechanism will be used to establish a dictatorship, and how someone who is a "fucking idiot" according to the Left, can pull off dictatorship in this country. It seems being an idiot precludes possibility of becoming a dictator...

I bet $250 that we will not have a dictatorship. Instead, if economy crashes before elections, Trump will be removed from office in elections and will go away ferociously tweeting nonsense; if economy does not crash, he will be re-elected and will just continue governing in the style we see now, and will peacefully go away in 2024.
102863   Tenpoundbass   2019 May 21, 8:55am

Can a Liberal explain to me why Maduro's dictatorship is fine, but you don't want it here in America?

I thought we love our dear Dictators, we give them Pallets of cash in Iran, we protect them in Venezuela while Commies fire warning shots from Congress to Trump not to tuck with them.

What up Widat!?

I actually drafted a similar comment last night and never finished. This is spot on. Take into account that even most Republicans congress critters can't stand him. He'd be impeached in 2 seconds if it looked like he was taking the dictator route. While your average Joe in the military doesn't want to get shot at, the military brass are in all reality not happy we haven't gotten into another conflict. So I'd be surprised if they'd back him, which would 100% HAVE to happen for this scenario to play out.

People can "think" about it (dictatorship) happening all they want. But the reality is that is never will. My opinion is that the ONLY way America ever has a president turned dictator is if we are attacked here, in America and there are mass civilian casualties. That ain't happening with our natural defenses outside of nuclear war and we all know how that ends.

All this "dictatorship" and "Russians" and "IMPEACH!" stuff is either consequence of butthurt Left because t-RUMP "stole" election from a highly qualified, and extremely deserving womyn Hillary, or attempts to rile up D base so they would go and vote. I am not sure which is the correct explanation, may be both. Or may be a smokescreen behind which politicians can keep looting while population argues about stupid stuff. Last one seems possible because investigations have not found anything of consequence in NY REALTOR (TM) activities in mob-infested 80's, which seems impossible.

Agreed, in a matchup between Golden Don and Simple Joe, the Democrat is gonna get creamed. No way people want to risk another Yuuuge Recession by electing a bumbling idiot. Especially now that The Donald has proven he can crank the economy up to 11 while keeping the peace with world enemies and standing strong for American interests. Oh and also protecting our Constitution instead of trying to find ways to eliminate it in order to implement a Progressive Utopia (TM).
Trump is doing just fine, perhaps even great in all the metrics that actually affect the lives of regular working Americans. They’d have to go full retard to elect Simple Joe.

Agreed - very selective interpretation. For example, according to the data from the article (ADL heat map), this counts as "right wing extremist murder". Apparently right wing extremists murder their own family members for racial or extremist reasons. They are grasping at straws to find more right-wing murders

Extremist Murder
7/27/2018
Robstown, TX
Right Wing (White Supremacist)
Richard Starry, 61, shot and killed four people who were family members or family connections in two locations before killing himself. According to a media source, Starry, who had an extensive criminal record, had belonged to a white supremacist group while in prison.

Did Farron point out that MSNBC, CNN, ABC, NBC, etc. spent the entire Presidency of Obama carrying his water? Or the entire Trump Presidency bashing him?

That the Honeymoon Period afforded every President, in a dire and dark break with Tradition and Precedence, was even denied Trump?

It's entertaining that the Left ignores the fact that 90% of Print, Radio, and Television Media in Existence is 92% Negative on Trump.

That's not including Social Media controlled by Democrat Fanatic Big Tech.

Par for the course for the Authoritarian Left. They ignore that 90% of Media is under their total control, and blame the 10% they don't totally control for all their problems in convincing people that shit isn't shit.

The other funny thing is that the Left IS the Establishment, but still think they're revolutionaries, which is most entertaining when talking to college students parroting their Teachers, Professors, Deans, and the majority of the Media Outlet's Official Opinion and acting like they're all rebels for justice and shit.

It used to be run by the Centrist Foxman until 2015.

Sorry guys, nobody at the IRS wants to own up to it, in fact it has "DRAFT" stamped on it.

https://www.thegatewaypundit.com/2019/05/leak-irs-mystery-memo-says-trump-must-give-tax-docs-to-congress-unless-he-asserts-executive-privilege/
A confidential IRS draft memo says President Trump must turn over his tax documents to Congress… unless he invokes executive privilege.

A copy of the 10-page memo, which was obtained by the Washington Post, says the disclosure of tax returns to the committee “is mandatory, requiring the Secretary to disclose returns, and return information, requested by the tax-writing Chairs.”

The memo was reportedly penned by a lawyer in the Office of Chief Counsel several months ago and did not represent the agency’s “official position.”

The mystery memo is stamped “DRAFT,” does not reference Trump and it wasn’t even signed.

The author of the memo is unknown and IRS Chief Rettig and chief counsel Michael Desmond weren’t even aware of it until the Washington Post reached out to them for comment.

According to the Post, the IRS says the memo was never even forwarded to the Treasury.

Secretary Mnuchin told Democrats that he’s ready to take the battle for Trump tax returns to court and now all of a sudden this mystery memo, written by a mystery lawyer surfaces in a leak to the Washington Post that argues Congress has the authority to access tax returns. How convenient.

SO stupid.

If you're innocent of stealing horses, you don't obstruct investigators from confirming your innocence.

Oh, I almost forgot. Truth and facts and people that write truthful fact based stories that reflect negatively on TRump are part of a left wing conspiracy. THose libtards are given way too much attention for their purely subjective point of view of Trump. IT's not fair. IT can't be that Trump actually is despicable. How could that possibly be objectively true ?
It couldn't be true, right ?

And if it were, what would it say about all the people that voted for him ?

That is the reason it can't be true.

Has Mueller? Has the news media? Has another foreign country knowing it could cause our political system to go into turmoil?

There are more parties/persons trying to find dirt, probably more than any politician in the history of the world and what..... a big fat nothing.

People can keep wasting their time stomping their feet over Trump or enjoy life. The almost 3 year temper tantrum can stop at some point. And I'm not saying give Trump carte blanche to do what he pleases and not keep an eye on him, but this is making a lot of people look delusional from someone that rests fairly in the middle of the political spectrum.

I didn't vote for him in 2016 and I'm not dead set on voting for him in 2020. Things seem good, but I want to give more time to see how these tax cuts play out given we just went through our first tax season with them.

Serious question for y'all that aren't happy. Are you still going to be upset and saying the exact same stuff in 2021 if he gets reelected? Or are you going to realize that after 5-6 years he's just a horny loudmouth that the country wants as president?

THE CHARGES AGAINST AVENATTI
CALIFORNIA

10 counts of wire fraud

Avenatti allegedly committed wire fraud by lying to five clients about their settlements from cases he represented them in.

The total sum of the money he allegedly misappropriated is $12million.

He is accused of not only hiding their payments from them but spending the money himself on private planes, repaying the IRS and funding his own businesses between 2015 and 2017.

19 counts of tax fraud

Avenatti has not filed personal income tax returns since 2010, it is claimed.

Between 2015 and 2017, his coffee company Global Baristas US, did not pay $3.2million in federal payroll taxes.

More than $2million of that figure was withheld from staff pay checks and spent by Avenatti himself, it is alleged.

2 counts of bank fraud

The two bank fraud charges relate to the original indictment and claims he submitted bogus financial information to obtain three loans totaling $4.1 million from The People's Bank in Mississippi.

The bogus information included a tax return that had never been sent to the IRS and him overstating his law firm's resources when it was on the brink of bankruptcy.

One said his firm, Eagan Avenatti, had more than $500,000 in an operating account when it only had $43,000, it is claimed.

4 counts bankruptcy fraud

Three of the bankruptcy fraud charges allege that Avenatti submitted, under penalty of perjury, monthly operating reports that failed to report all of the firm's accounts receivable in 2017.

Avenatti is charged with falsely testifying under oath during a June 2017 bankruptcy hearing by denying the firm had received any fees related to a lawsuit when Eagan Avenatti had actually received more than $1.3 million

New York case 1

Conspiracy to commit extortion

Avenatti allegedly attempted to extort Nike by saying he had information which incriminated it in a pay-for-play college basketball scandal this year.

He allegedly told the company that he would conduct an internal investigation for a $25million fee instead of exposing it.

Nike reported him.

New York case 2

Charged with misappropriating funds belonging to the ex adult film star Stormy Daniels to the tune of nearly $300,000.
