IF he had even the slightest bit of sense, he would not lie or exaggerate (if you want to call it that), about this. Because people are going to look it up, and find that the public statements he made on 9/11 were about how now his building which had been second tallest was now the tallest building.

It's almost as if he is intentionally reminding everyone of how absurdly self involved he is.
