Still getting the nagging feeling that the whole media blitz about coronavirus was ARRANGED.
But who benefits exactly, and how? Not sure.
And the cruise ship is docking in Oakland:
People fighting over ‘rotten’ food on coronavirus-stricken Grand Princess cruise: passenger

A group of mostly fat people fighting over partially rotten food should be on pay per view. Reminds me of an episode of South Park where they resort to cannibalism if they have gone more than a few hours without eating. They should change extra for this weight loss cruise.
Lately I have been not eating after 8pm or before noon, so 16 hours every day without food. It's kind of fun in a way. Lunch definitely tastes great ("hunger is the best sauce") and I feel a bit sharper and more energetic.

I do the same, 16 hours then straight to lunch is doable on a regular basis, 24-48 hours is quite harder. But i have friends (couple) who only eat every other day (except for a few nuts here and there maybe). They both seem pretty healthy and - of course - pretty thin.
Yes, I've got that kind of skin. Not good in California sunshine.
