That is correct. His case was dismissed w prejudice, meaning the known behaviour of the prosecution was so bad that no new evidence could make the case viable.

Noone who looks at this case could come to any other conclusion

man (men tend to be Republican)
motorcycle (motorcycle riders tend Republican)
bless people (Christians strongly tend to be Republican)
military (military people strongly tend to be Republican)
