If you only make it a day, it will have The Purge feeling to it, where people will go all out in one day. The Purge was a movie in 2013.
It is better to make it Political Incorrectness Month, or The Right to Offend Month, just like there are months for other special interests like Hispanic American month, etc.
How about a national day where everyone is encouraged to say politically incorrect things?
