I had thought about New Zealand for a while, but they are part of the original 5 eyes. I think Uruguay is actually a pretty good bet, not sure about their Wuhan Flu impact though.
They were rolled into giving up all their guns in mere weeks after some "attack on a mosque" bs.
I used to believe - hey - US has an amount of personal freedom that no one else around the world really enjoys (I mean a freedom where you can criticize the government or the powers that be and not worry about your job if you disagree with the opposition).
So, now that we know that is not true, and given this won't change for a generation (likely) -
what are some areas of the world where you could/would you emigrate?
I assume other countries are not much better, but they may not have dominate tech companies have here.
Ideas?
