They didn't deserve to die.
But everyone knows a tall residential building on a beach in S. Florida is going to be an HOA nightmare.
I once looked at a place on Jupiter Island; the HOA was $1300/month.

Haha - you might have been in danger 20 years ago.

Today, it doesn't matter what kind of evidence you have on HRC - the DOJ will simply decline to prosecute.

The lady fucking destroyed evidence by smashing phones, and wiping her computer while she was under subpoena. THAT is a felony. She ran for prezdident anyhow.

Right, no condos for me, and no shared walls. I will require the ability to walk all the way around any property I buy.

The feds must order a immediate building moratorium on post tension construction on anything over 1 story, where we live and work and sleep. These lost lives crushed to death here, should not be in vain. We cannot be a third world country. NEVER AGAIN, no more shortcuts, should be the cause. Existing death buildings should be evacuated and condemned. We must never allow this to happen again, no matter what the cost now. World trade building construction building type also, (if not already banned). No more wiz bang building cost savers for bigger profits approved at local/state levels, that are so easily corrupted.

I'm the same way. I'd do it for a vacation property though is the only exception as I'd only be there a month or so a year. Low rise building as well, as elevators are expensive as shit and add to HOA fees, and don't collapse generally. Not worrying (hopefully) about maintenance is the positive of having a property remotely. As much as people hate FB, it's a great resource to find groups of people that live in or own a unit in large complexes.

We'll probably be looking at condos in St. Thomas in October. Which reminds me that I need to get the research gears turning. I need to look into HOA fees and what I'd need to get for hurricane insurance. Not overly worried about price for a studio or 1 bed place as we don't need much space. It's a place to crash and investment, as cheaper places will rent faster. Nice places down there will run 7 figures all day and we ain't going there. Also need to dig into the local government and make sure I'm not getting into a shitty situation tax wise and politically.

LOL! Still conspiracy theorists that say it was detonated (there were multiple flashes observed as it went down) because it contained Mcafee hubs.

The FBI has been 'deployed' which would support conspiracy theories, because they never show up unless it is to seize, hide, or destroy evidence, or to create a completely false narrative to cover something up.
113867   Ceffer   2021 Jul 2, 1:46am

Jeffrey Prather says in addition to flashes observed, rebar was bent upwards and outwards as in explosion, rather than just downward as in a collapse. More conspiracy theories:

Too many illiterate MDs and seniors not in best health in family.
Sometimes you have to take path of least resistance even if it is possibly deadly.

You can try this already in Detroit, I heard all the workers left and there are plenty of high paying jobs to serve empty buildings.

Absolutely.

No one is under any obligation to take experimental drugs:

http://www.cirp.org/library/ethics/nuremberg/

The voluntary consent of the human subject is absolutely essential. This means that the person involved should have legal capacity to give consent; should be so situated as to be able to exercise free power of choice, without the intervention of any element of force, fraud, deceit, duress, overreaching, or other ulterior form of constraint or coercion; and should have sufficient knowledge and comprehension of the elements of the subject matter involved as to enable him to make an understanding and enlightened decision.

I'm a broken record. It's not even about a vaccine. 99% of people don't even have Covid or have gotten it and recovered. Why do we need to know? They're creating a huge problem for the gay/AIDS community.

The only way to respond to your employer (I'm not and never will be corporate) is to ask if you do the same thing for people with AIDS. The HR director or whatever they're called will be like WTF. Whether it's true or not, just say I don't think it's fair I have to work with people that have AIDS. That's a far greater risk and health cost than Covid. It's a life long illness.

AIDS doesn’t have a vaccine and can’t be transmitted through air. Bad example.

Yes, corporate Silicon Valley are asking for vaccine status and scanned copies of vaccine card. This is happening at major SP500 companies today.

They claim it’s optional but will influence what you are and aren’t able to do as companies go back to work during the second half of the year.

Pressure to get the shot, assuming you need that job, is tremendous.

113884   Bitcoin   2021 Jul 7, 7:36am

Of course companies are asking if you have been vaxxed. Nothing wrong with asking....That doesnt meant they force you to....at least not at our company (Fortune 500 company). They would be sued otherwise. I've worked for the company since a decade and have quite the network.....i dont know anyone who got in trouble for not being vaxxed. You are probably more likely to work remotely without the jab.....

Employers around here are not willing to force employees to get the jab, since that would open up the employer to lawsuits if the jab has ill effects on any of the employees. The threat would come from legislatures passing laws exempting employers from lawsuits filed by employees with jab side effects.

I think you guys are missing the point

These companies are putting immense pressure on employees to get vaccines without actually mandating that they get the vaccine.

Sure, don’t get it if you so choose. But watch what happens slowly to your position at work.

I'd disagree based on your own comment. It's a disease (AIDS) that cannot be vaccinated against. I want to know who has AIDS in the office so I can avoid them. If we're going to want to know who has been vaccinated against a mundane cold, I want to know who the people are the could try to rape you or put their blood on you giving you a lifetime illness. You live with AIDS for a lifetime and likely max out your deductible. Uninsurable for life insurance. Covid is a cold. Asking if you've been vaccinated for Covid is waaaaaaay more over the top than asking if someone has AIDS.

You know why? Gays are a protected class above and beyond others. You and I have to get vaccinated against a cold if we have corporate jobs. I think it's a perfectly good example if not a great one as it shows how logic has been throw out the window. I mean let's say I work for Caterpillar. Have AIDS. I cut myself. It's not improbable to pass AIDS to a person treating you. Oh, and it's another Fauci fuck up too.

This is true. Gayness is an endemic disease in the power centers of the US: Ivy League, big coastal cities, top government positions, and major corporations. And the people with this disease demand that we lie and say they all had the disease from birth, and make special laws overriding human biology and hygiene. Of course they almost all die without children, but they continuously recruit and convert via pedophilia and propaganda.

I suspect that one reason the Romans were able to take over the Mediterranean from the Greeks is that the Greeks incapacitated themselves with epidemic levels of anal warts, hepatitis, and other diseases, rendering them incapable of fighting. It would be interesting to look for ancient documentation of this, beyond the story of Sodom and Gomorrah. Maybe it's a factor in the fall of empires. Maybe it brought down the Ottoman Empire as well.

AIDS is just nature telling gays once again "No, that is not a good idea in the least." But they don't learn the lesson.

I'm mainly a libertarian. If you want to fuck dudes, whatever. I generally agree with your premise that it's a choice though. There's little to no evidence you're born gay. You were likely molested or fucked by a neighbor or family member. That would be something truly traumatic for a child. The laws of nature no longer exist when you're involuntarily fucked by another dude. Even the hot teacher (women f'ing boys) could fuck a kid up if they're not mature enough.

Either way, I've never understood why AIDS is so protected and this minor cold is getting people fired. AIDS kills and is life long. Covid simply doesn't kill healthy people. AIDS does. I want to know who has AIDS if we're going to fire people or have a Covid card for a cold. I will start a non for profit over this and get funding. If you want to open pandoras box of disease, let's fucking have at it.

It's a breach of HIPPA, so you don't have to answer. AIDS is a good example, ask the HR rep to disclose all their infectious diseases to you first. I bet they back off pretty quick.

It's a violation of Nuremberg code to force anyone to participate in a study, so you cannot be forced. Any discrimination you face as a result of refusing to answer to get shot of with graphene oxide is discriminatory, and 100% litigious.
