Well, there are about 400k houses in San Francisco. Each one went up in value by about $84k. This was for no good reason except the bankers dropped the interest rate.

The Black teens didn't own a property, but to buy one costs $84k more than the year before. Do you know how many I-phones you gotta liberate to keep up with the theft arranged by the banksters?

In Los Angeles, violent crime has increased during the Government reaction to covid. Pretty badly actually. And homelessness is rampant. It is spread all over, not just concentrated in a few areas. That has increased crime.

A month ago there were 3000 unvaccinated LAPD officers out of just under 9500 officers(and that was down from 10k, primarily due to early retirements and leaving for transfers in the aftermath of the socialist riots, destruction, and false blaming of the police). LAPD rolled out mobile jab stations about a month ago and around 450 more officers got vaccinated. The remaining 2500+ are declining and the city is scheduled to fire them on an 11-2 vote by the city council(Joe Buscaino, a former officer now city council member representing San Pedro and Wilmington voted no as did John Lee representing the north SFV).

I suspect something will give. I can’t imagine the lunacy of terminating a few hundred officers let alone 2500, but the idiots that are on the LA city Council and it’s corrupt mayor aren’t exactly rocket scientists.

For reference, LA has 4 million people and 9,400+ cops while NYC has just over double the population but 4x the cops(36,000) and Chicago with about 1.4 million less people has 12,000 cops.
114579   Misc   2021 Oct 11, 1:02am

Yep, the media whipped a bunch of people into a frenzie against the cops. I still haven't seen the guidelines on how a 5'9" cop is suppose to restrain a 6'3" built bouncer who is on some serious drugs who is resisting.

I can see the need for socialist riots though. The average house price in the 6 county area increased from about $556k to about $640k an increase of about $84k simply because the banksters lowered interest rates. No capitalism was involved. I think only few of the rioters were property owners. If they wanted to become a property owner suddenly that was $84k more out of reach. If the banksters had been as generous to the homeless and non-property owners as they were to property owners by just giving them $84k each, why they wouldn't have been homeless or have any need to commit crimes.

As it is, we have socialism for the rich. The richer you are the more free money the banksters give you.

The cops aren't going to do anything to the banksters.

In some places (Shanghai) the cost of a place is 46x the yearly income.

You can find places in commute distance to silicon valley for 1 million or less.

I'm amazed how much money has been sunk into "tofu buildings" in "ghost cities" in China.

Chicago is a complete shit show. Haven't listened this morning, but they usually do updates on the shootings from the weekend on Mondays. Usually something like 8-15 dead and 50-80 shot/wounded. I get violence is going to happen in places, but that's a f'ing war zone. We had less deaths in the ME over 2 days even when combat was high.

Was offered free tickets to a Blackhawks game and turned it down. The guys are making fun of me, but I've worked in Chicago. The stats are really bad and it's spilling into the nice and tourist areas. So I'm staying out for a while. I thought Lightfoot could be a good Mayor given her corporate background and how she could help there. She's absolutely failed on social (not justice) issues. Let the cops police and crack down on these morons. We'll never get rid of bad cops, but we need to let the good ones do their jobs.

No surprise here, they were building ghost cities 10 years ago. Something to keep in mind about the Chinese people though, they do not trust government when it comes to investment. Most of them hide physical assets outside of banks. Americans could really learn from that.

I am sorry , But for some reasons the western people fancy the stuff which works horribly in Asia.
Collecting Gold is one of the most unproductive endevours and extremely risky.

The thieves target Asian houses in bay area and elsewhere for gold and absence of guns.
If "hell is going to break lose" better to have guns and ammunition than Gold.
White conservative and traditional Sikhs have better view on handling breakdown.

You mean saving real money(gold and silver coins), living in a city, and not owning a gun is risky. But couldn't you also say that about cars, jewelry, and any number of items that burglars prize? What is your proposed solution, to own nothing and be happy about it?

Gold and silver have been a hedge against corruption and inflation since the dawn of economics. So at least 4,000 years. Know anything else with that kind of track record..?

Proposed solution is to have better tightly knit society and strong family. Caring for your neighbors and paying workers/citizens fairly is best safety network.
Hiding gold under mattress provide no safety in case of governmental breakdown compared to guns.

Stocks are other productive businesses or assets beat Gold accumulation any day.
Expensive insured car has better utility than gold bars hidden secretly. If you try to insure them then you are telling the thieves where to find them in case of data breach.

You can't be close to people if you own gold? Seems like another false dichotomy. Same with guns. How do I know? I own both. Insurance and stocks are just paper. They have no physical value whatsoever, except to burn for warmth, but that won't last you very long. In an economic collapse you think your insurance is still going to pay out? Or your stocks won't lose all their value?

You are the trusting westerner I was referring to.

Neither does Gold. It has no value in case of mayhem.
I know from my family with experiences during:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Partition_of_India

They left Gold buried in dirt and rest looted on way home. The only thing which helped them was a records of their landowning as they were allocated some land(not same size parcel) in Bharat.

It sounds quite typical of the Bay Area, where a normal salary is $100K and a normal house can cost $2.5M.

You would pay 25% of that salary in property tax every year if, somehow, you could purchase that property.

That was somewhat similar to what people saw in WW2 in Eastern Europe. Gold lost a lot of its value as in how much chickens you can buy for an ounce. However, currencies lost even more.

Hindoo land creates no jobs. All reasonable jobs in Hindooo land are the ones stolen from mainly USA and its multiplier effect.

I think the British legacy is to get in bureaucracy to be member of Hindooo elite and get ticket to oppressing commoners and become agent of Global elites to do loot for them.
I heard the top bureaucratic position had 1.1M candidates for under 1k positions.

It also seems like that "bureaucracy test" requires 3-4 years of preparation after college. In most cases people do no jobs during that time.
That is like 1M job years wasted every year.

I can tell this moron that 100% of Sikhs despise the "Hindooo cult" both educated and non-educated... If it were not the case Hindooo won't be spending $5B a year on anti-Sikh propaganda. Every Sikh supporting Hindooo cult needs to be paid, so Hindooo is wasting money to get temporary support.(Can be used to build toilets instead)

Sikhs are much richer in west due to their hard work and entrepreneurship abilities ... So Hindooo propaganda doesn't work that Pakistanis pay Sikhs, It is other way around.

Sikh businessmen to invest 500 million pounds to develop religious tourism in Pakistan.

https://timesofindia.indiatimes.com/blogs/mind-the-gap/the-rise-of-radical-sikhism-in-europe-and-canada/
The interesting fact is that wherever there is a substantial number of Pakistani immigrants, as is the case in Denmark, Canada, Norway and U.K., you would find radicalization activities of the Sikh youth being supported financially, as it is easy to lure a vulnerable section of the Sikh youth who are unable to integrate in the Western societies. They are offered jobs and contracts for driving taxies, which are substantially, and peculiarly, controlled by the Pakistani diaspora. In turn, these groups of the Sikh community finance disturbances in India.
....
This does not mean that only the uneducated section of the Sikh community is enticed into some form of anti-India ideology; some well-educated Sikhs, too, have joined these groups, being unable to decipher that the Sikh community is one of the most privileged communities in India.

I think the Sikh diaspora should learn from the Indian Muslim diaspora, who remain loyal to their Indian identity and, despite their economic marginalization, have shown to the world, that it is possible to be both democratic and Muslim at the same time.

You have to read comments to find out How Sikhs torpedo the Hindooo cult narrative.

No, the author of this article is not trying to make a name for himself. He is simply another victim of the collective psychosis that is engulfing India at the moment. This psychosis rids them of rationality and blinds them rendering them incapable of absorbing and processing simple truths. A psychosis that makes them incapable of asking how and why a large group of farmers who for the last 2 months have been denied the possibility of advancing half a kilometre of the city limits of Delhi were suddenly (on Republic Day) given open access by the govt and police to freely go the heart of Delhi and even the Red Fort without anyone even attempting to block their way. A psychosis that distorts their morals to such an extent that they think slight damage to an old clapped out Delhi Bus is far more important than the 2 dozen human lives that have been lost since the farmer agitation began and the 2 horses with police bullets in them. So no, the journalist that wrote this piece is not trying to make a name for himself. He, like the majority of Indians today, are ill and deserve our sympathy. This psychosis can only be cured by tough love. For example, as the journalist's 'proper job' is as a columnist for the left leaning Danish newspaper 'Politiken', his psychosis will probably only be cured when the left-wing editorial team and colleagues at the newspaper find out that they have amongst them a right wing facist supporter peddling hate against minorities.

As for gays, there are a number of problems:

- gays molest children at far higher rates than straight people
- at least half of gays were created by this molestation of children, others were "converted" eg in prison or in San Francisco
- no one was born gay. there is no evidence of a "gay gene" and no way for it to persist evolutionarily
- there was no concept of innate or exclusive gayness in the ancient world, only endemic Greek pedophilia
- gays spread disease very effectively, particularly AIDS and anal cancers
- the gay "lifestyle" killed about 700,000 Americans with AIDS
- gays typically die decades earlier than others as a result of their lifestyle. it's literally worse for health than smoking
114607   FuckTheMainstreamMedia   2021 Oct 17, 10:40pm

My issue with homos is threefold:

1.) being pissy that people make fun of homo. A man putting his penis in another mans rectum will never ever ever not be funny. Plenty of gay men recognize t he ridiculousness of this action, no reason in the universe all of us can’t laugh at it.

2.) government dependence/hypocrisy - look I get it. Gay people have been unnecessarily marginalized. Even to the point of their lives being placed in danger or actual attacks and murders on people who are gay solely because they are gay. It’s wrong, it’s bullshit, and I’ll be the first screaming/intervening if I see anyone being attacked by someone else without legal cause. But I don’t understand why they believe the government offers the help(especially since the gays are massively pro blm/anti police). Frankly it filled me with pride to find out that many gay households in West Hollywood had taken steps to arm themselves after the Orlando nightclub shooting a few years ago. Gay people have proven very adept at moving up the corporate ladder or otherwise being financially in a good place so it makes little sense for them to support politicians that punish those working harder….which brings me to my 3rd issue…

3.) The lower end gay people on the financial spectrum seem to suffer hugely from mental and emotional trauma. So why do gay people shy away from truthful psychoanalysis? There is an apparent effort to bury the fact that there is no gay gene and no, people are almost never born that way(at least with men). Nearly all gay men were sexually abused as children and that’s a uncontroverted fact. And it’s a chain not easy to break(so many of those sexually abused as children go on to also sexually abuse children). With women, I don’t have a clue what causes it…because…surprise…there’s hardly any studies into it at all! Tell me what facet of human behavior affecting 2-5% of the population has scarcely had pschological study to determine the cause?!?!? What I do know is that observable behavioral tendencies exist and are super consistent amoung large swaths of gay men and women. And since these are behavioral tendencies and not biologically produced ones, I can safely say that lack of effort to study and explain these easily observable actions is direct evidence of a cover up of massive proportions. Frankly it’s an outrage that the gay community itself doesn’t demand research into these matters.

It is not hard to counteract these points as evil also exists in straight people and many of the heterosexually married elites do violate commoner's kids as they don't think us as equal humans.
There are many forms of diseases, Obesity is biggest killer and based on my experience a Gay man/woman is much less likely to be over weight compared to southern men/women... I do think based on research STD spread easily in gays but heterosexual sex is not immune either.
Fellatio, which is common in heterosexual couples can also cause serious diseases.

Regarding reason for homosexuality, I don't know but I am totally against "gays" trying to convert hetero kids into homos.. or vice versa.
There should be no advertising of either lifestyle and should be personal.

114614   WookieMan   2021 Oct 18, 4:23am

It's not natural. Yes it happens in nature. But as with humans, it's actually pretty rare. It's a mental illness. We no longer procreate if we're a fucking the same sex and layer on the logical fact if we're not procreating, there are less people to fuck. There are also health issues.

I personally don't care if anyone is gay, but I do look at you differently. We could eliminate AIDS tomorrow if gay guys stopped fucking each other. They're at a higher percentage of suicide. A friends brother did that at 35 about a year ago. It's a toxic lifestyle. Even if 50% of straight marriages fail, it's a better outcome than sticking a dick in some other dudes ass. If you're gay, you should love the straight people. They up the crop of little boys to diddle.

I also don't care about history either. The images presented are Asian. There's a reason China with all the manpower in the world only has 2 aircraft carriers bought from the Russians, they're gay. Probably too busy eating bats with a dick in the poop shooter of another man.

114616   Reality   2021 Oct 18, 8:03am

Why are these allegedly Chinese paintings both showing a black guy f**king a white guy with extremely feminine faces/legs? Did someone just paint penises onto some original erotica/porn showing hetero action? Or was that a weird caricature of the outside world in their own rather xenophobic minds? Before the age of photography, it was normal to draw foreigners with facial features and settings that were familiar to artists' own (e.g. most early European drawings in the 16-18th century of the Tartar rule over China, and Shogunate Japan, had European faces instead of Asiatic faces).

I'm not against gays at all, or even the act of male homosexuality between consenting adults. In fact, I wish all other men (excepting my sons and their offspring) were gay! Then I'd have all the girls to myself.

Historically and currently, (upper-class) gays are better at wealth accumulation as they don't have to deal with the burden of women (the primary resource wasters in human society) . . . which makes them good targets for harvesting by banksters, especially since gays have a higher probability of not having heirs when they die (the money is already in the bank, as is for most people, so the death of the claimant makes it instant free money for the banksters). So, yes, I can see why banksters would like to stir up cycles of promoting homosexuality and then killing gay men.
