He is charged with murder. The prosecutor to my understanding is suggesting that Kyle brought a gun to a riot with the intention of committing murder and succeeded in killing two people, and attempting to kill a third.

But, Kyle will no doubt argue that he was at the riot with a firearm to protect himself as he was rendering aid to business owners and other victims of the violence. Kyle said he used his weapon only in self defense.

My question is this

Did he break a law by being in possession of a rifle on the streets of Kenosha?

There might be some kind of misdemeanor for borrowing a rifle w/o presence of the official owner while being under 18, but it's fucking small potatoes. They didn't start the whole circus to nail him on that.

I'm not even sure there is a requirement to register long guns in Wisconsin. There wasn't such thing even in our beloved Kommiefornia up until 2014.

They want this to go away. It's been an absolute farce. They have to go through the process though and it's making BLM and anti-cop people look like shit. Agreed they weren't good. I'm just saying he was 17 at the time, has a wholesome baby face look. I'm not sure what the prosecution is thinking. It's a hung jury worst case and acquittal most likely. I think he gets off on even the minor charges. Either way all these attorney fucks get paid for something that shouldn't have even be prosecuted. The video evidence is overwhelming and the fact a defendant was cross examined is insane in the court of law. That's bold. The defense is pulling their dick out and saying theirs is bigger.

Ron Johnson is demanding the FBI explain, why they had the footage, how they got it, why they got it, why it wasn't shared with the defense.
What do they do with it, who collects is, who reviews, and the best question of all, the 99,000 dollar question. What in the fuck do they do, when they see a serious federal crime being committed?

This may parlay in with the ongoing FBI, DOJ, investigation.

I believe the footage was with held all this time, because had it been out. It would have been noticed by now. How coordinated and in sync all the players were as the ambush was set up. If not in collusion, they were at least deploying it, to see Kyles reaction to what shit was about to go down. They saw it all in real time, and did nothing. I hope that comes out, regardless how routine they try to claim it was. If they blow it off as routine, I would demand drone video of some of the other destruction and Devastation the BLM ANTIA Rioters did the previous nights. Then I would demand the drone footage they had from every BLM and ANTIFA Riot, to show once and for all they were a violent terror organization and the Biden admin is carrying their water. I would also demand the Drone footage for the J6 protest to show, the trouble makers sent into start the breech.

Not stating this as fact, but Wisconsin is an extremely liberal (with usage) gun state with regards to guns due to hunting. Very likely he'd have been fine open carrying at 16 in Wisconsin. Someone can fact check me, but hunting is something most people from Wisconsin are doing from the ages of 7 or 8. I think an IL FOID card is valid in WI as well.

Wisconsin is red as hell, just Madison and Milwaukee fuck up the rest of the state and us FIB's vacationing there.

I know. Definitions are being changed daily and interpretations of them. If you say liberal with regards to gun laws, it's assumed you're talking about gun restrictions. Hunting is huge in WI. I'd guess 7 out of 10 people with WI license plates have a gun in their car up there.
