I got to work, to see what Omni had done to other towns that took the deal. Their scam was to make a "sanitary landfill" near an area that had running water, this allowed them time enough so that the statute of limitations would expire before it was discovered their landfill was leaking, because the water leached it away. I was behind the scenes, but I made certain to sink that "deal".

It's all about timing, I would not want to live in the burbs or country all my life, growing up as a kid and then again later when you have your own family the slower-paced and generally more beautiful rural areas or burbs make much sense.
