As per history $12T or any other number doesn’t matter. Every thing get siphoned silently. China has been doing it already. May be they share with US etc. to avoid fight. the find is true. the amount is speculation and publicity. there are agendas.
(1) suppressing gold (2) seducing international investment (3) inducing corruption payments
it will all sort out.
more gold is not necessarily bearish.
