The problem with vigilante justice is it often extreme and disproportionate to the actual crimes. Say what you will about the abuses of courts, police and lawyers, they provide a buffer to the Hatfield and McCoy rages of the unrestrained populace.
A Texas mother locked herself and her children in a bedroom during a break-in Tuesday night at her home — then she shot through the door, hitting the alleged intruder after he didn't leave and after warning him she had a gun.
What are the details?
Hidalgo County sheriff’s deputies and deputy constables responded to a home burglary in progress in the 5500 block of Nardo Street in rural Edinburg around 9:13 p.m., officials said. Edinburg is about 25 minutes north of McAllen near the Mexican border.
The homeowner said a man — identified as 36-year-old Carlos Garcia — had broken into the home through the garage and was trying to get into a bedroom in which the homeowner and her children had locked themselves, officials said.

On BitChute.
Police have been bullies since time immemorial. It's a prerequisite for the job.
Obviously there was more involved than what we saw in the video. Still...

Chicago Carjacking Victim Turns Tables on Attacker, Disarms Thug, Beats Him with His Own Gun
A Chicago carjacking victim managed to turn the tables on his attacker, leaving the thug beaten, humiliated, and jailed.
The crook, identified by police as 30-year-old Richard Rubio, tried to carjack the wrong man at the intersection of 56th Street and Kolin Avenue near Midway airport Saturday.
Prosecutors say the “victim” turned the tables on a carjacker by disarming the felon and beating him with his own gun.
A gunman wearing a ski mask approached a parked car pointing a gun at a woman sitting in the passenger seat.
He told her to get out of the car so she exited the vehicle.
The carjacker walked to the driver’s door as the driver, a male, was getting out of his car.
The thug then demanded the man’s wallet.
The victim said he didn’t have a wallet but asked the criminal if he could get his phone out of the car before the hijacker drove off.
The thug refused and said he would be keeping the victim’s phone.
At this point, the driver reached his limit.
As the carjacker tried to get in the car, the victim made his move.
He grabbed the gun and brought the thug to the ground, according to prosecutors.
The two wrestled before the victim put the hijacker in a chokehold and punched him repeatedly.
Eventually, the carjacker let go of the gun.
The victim then beat the thug with his own gun until the police showed up.
The driver’s female passenger called 911 during the scuffle.
Chicago Woman with Concealed Carry Permit Shoots Carjacker in Head
A 23-year-old woman with a concealed carry permit shot a carjacker in the head during a failed hijacking attempt in Chicago last week.
The incident occurred near 89th Street and Kenwood Avenue in the Calumet Heights neighborhood on Chicago’s south side at around 2 am on Wednesday.
The unidentified woman was sitting in her car when four armed men jumped out of a black sedan and approached her car.
When one of the would-be carjackers tried to open her door while flashing his gun, she turned the tables on the mob.
She grabbed her weapon and shot one of the men in the head.
The woman then exited her car and fled the scene.
One of the carjackers opened fire on the woman and she was shot in the arm.
The woman was taken to Advocate Trinity Hospital.
The man she shot in the head survived and was taken to the University of Chicago Medical Center but he’s in critical condition.
The other three attackers got away.

Earlier this week there was a shooting at a local bar in my district. This attorney belongs behind bars, pending a lengthy jury of his peers. I’m deeply disturbed watching this video and committed to a safe city.
Unfortunately, the Austin DA is apparently insane:
Rush was charged with a second-degree felony, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon family violence. An emergency protection order was issued against him, and he was soon back on the streets after making a $40,000 bond, KVUE reported.
"For $4,000, you can get out, go home, watch Netflix after trying to murder your ex-girlfriend — are you kidding me?" one of the customers said.
Letting a dude back on the streets after attempting to kill a woman in cold blood??

That is some cold shit right there. Definitely deserved imo.

I'd like to see that happening in the United States in other states besides Texas. Anybody using to use a gun to commit a robbery, they ought to be killed, since they are saying "I'm willing to kill". Well if you are, you're also willing to be killed.
Yep. In fact, if a person got in your face yelling at you, as far as I understand the laws, you are being agresses and have a right to defend yourself. What if a person raises their fist as if to strike you? You can defend. How is that any different from a person pulling a gun out?

I think somebody yelling at you, or even putting their first out, is QUITE a bit different than pulling a gun.
Fucked around and got fucked. Nicely done, random bystander!
I wonder if he was prosecuted for that.
