It's not like there is a DNA database for all the slaves, is there? So they can take DNA from the living all day long, the tough part is linking it to the real slaves.

I checked into the poverty rate a while back and, as I recall, was around 15% before LBJ's war on poverty which has continued for the last 50 years and is now down to around 13%. The rate has been increasing again as our society is slowly collapsing under the weight of all of our corrupt bureaucracies.

The non-gas tax, but just overpaid income tax refund we received was on the 9th of November. Based on all of the conditions and categories, we weren’t supposed to see anything deposited until mid December. I don’t think CA FTB knows their ass from a hole in the ground with respect to schedules and plans…
