Guess these spies are pretty incompetent. What I'd do is check two identical bags on the plane with two different people flying. Sam Brinton to bring one, and the spy to bring the other, and then just have each pick up the "wrong" suitcase. It's not like it would be remotely possible they'd be caught.

OR, better yet, leave an encrypted SD Card in a common area in the airport, or on the plane, and just let Brinton (or the spy) pick it up. They are smaller than a fingernail, and they can store all the documents ever made about the Manhattan Project - $20.
