These are people who truly believe they are transitioning to another sex, even if they are aware they are going to be sterilized by doing it. The reality is 99% of society will accept them, treat them well as human beings, but would never accept them as a woman or a man just because of extensive surgery.

MDs have always targeted people for surgery and unnecessary shit. But there was common sense, mostly instilled by parents. Try raising 2 toddlers these days where our grandparents raised 5. They have no boundaries whatsoever. When my oldest took stuff from other for a while, I took him to the police station to have a cop tell him what they do with thieves. They gave him candy instead of a stern speech. All these "experts" and boomer/gen x parents have turned their kids into entitled pussies lacking any common sense. You want to cut your dick off? Sure sweetie, go find yourself. You don't want to take a nap? Sure, let me hold you another 2 hours. My almost 2 year old starts telling people who stop us to talk to me on our walks "bye-bye" when he has enough, and bursts into a tantrum 2 minutes later. They are always embarrassed and apologize and stop the convo, then I say: "no, go ahead and tell him with a raised voice that 2 adults are speaking now and that he has to shut the fuck up". They are completely puzzled, floored, and of course keep apologizing. Our grandparents didn't pussyfoot around like this, and when we were sick they would give us schnaps or other hard liquor to sleep off the cold so we would not bother them. We knew at elementary school level that surgery and hospital mean trouble, no matter what the Dr. or anyone else said. Children are completely unfit these days, because they get moved into safe spaces when somebody says a bad word, they don't know what a good ass whopping is, they don't know what's good or bad because we withhold any and all consequences from them, until it's too late, they chopped their dick off, are unemployed on SNAP and all they do is play videogames and go to protest the discrimination of the trans-black gummibears. We knew what was good and what was bad, we had parameters and context to work with, clearly defined, and with clear consequences on misbehavior. And of course "you can't always get what you want", esp. not switching sexes. lol

On that note, I've told other kids to shut the fuck up and that they can't get what they want if they're nasty, don't give a fuck about what their parents say. You are in a common space? You behave. No exceptions. If you love your kids you show them how the world operates instead of giving them everything they want and shielding them from everything unpleasant, they will thank you later, big time. And of course that means no unnecessary surgeries. Period.
