Jesus, I don't know how much clearer I can speak. This isn't just you Nutt. They're autonomous brands. Their own marketing department, their own bottling, everything. InBev just owns them. Bud Light is its own brand. Boycott that. InBev gave autonomy to Bud to make their own decisions. ZERO other brands are marketing tranny shit.

Boycotting ALL brands is jacking up the prices of fucking beer everywhere. Boycott BUD LIGHT, not everything else. It's called shooting yourself in the foot. InBev DIDN'T come up with the marketing. It was stupid, no dispute there. BUD LIGHT as a corp made the decision.

I'm going to be a bit of a dick. You guys don't understand business. I tried to explain it. Bill and Ted work for InBev as independent contractors. Bill decides to hire a tranny for marketing his brand. Ted doesn't and makes manly cans and marketing. WTF does Ted have to do with Bill? They're separate entities....

Boycott till your nuts go blue, but all you're doing is raising the price of beer as people find other brands. They then raise their prices in an already inflationary market. If we eliminate Chevy tomorrow, what do you think is going to happen to auto sales prices? The competitors raise prices. I have no stake in any of this shit, but I like beer and if you do, take the bullet out of your foot. Prices are up $3-5/case of anything 24-30 pack since this happened. Not inflation.

What are you talking about?
https://www.bevindustry.com/articles/86453-constellation-brands-completes-acquisition-of-grupo-modelos-us-beer-business
June 10, 2013
Constellation Brands Inc., Victor, N.Y., announced that it completed its acquisition of Grupo Modelo's U.S. beer business from Anheuser-Busch InBev, Leuven, Belgium, for approximately $4.75 billion. The transaction includes full ownership of Crown Imports LLC, which provides Constellation with complete, independent control of all aspects of the U.S. commercial business; a state-of-the-art brewery in Nava (Piedras Negras), Mexico; an exclusive perpetual brand license in the United States to import, market and sell Corona and the Modelo brands Crown currently sells; and the freedom to develop brand extensions and innovations for the U.S. market.
The US Justice department made sure that Constellation was able to purchase the brewery in Mexico so that it would be fully independent of InBev.

In fact, InBev even sued Constellation (and lost) when they introduced hard seltzers under the Modelo moniker.

I actually had Modelo last night. And the things is, I give no shits if it's a AB or InBev brand or whoever owns the brand. Don't drink Bud Light.

As a real estate centric site, at one point, there are good brokers out there. Would you stop working with Coldwell Banker if there was one dip shit agent in the office that raped a buyer in a house, but you had a good one at the same brokerage getting you amazing deals? No.

The tranny thing is 1,000% bull shit. I drink Busch Light. You know what's happening? No one even knows what InBev is. So they mark up the prices as people shift from Bud. In the last month prices jumped $2/case. InBev will get their money. They own and partner with too many beers and seltzers.

People need to understand that this is a childish temper tantrum by marketing execs. 0.2% of the populations voice isn't being heard. If you ignore it and yes boycott the brand that did it, it will go away. Give attention though and they'll seek more.... Why are there gay pride parades? They want fucking attention and the trannies are getting it with this Bud Light shit. STOP giving them the attention and they go away.

Anheuser-Busch Says Bud Light Was An 'Important Wake-Up Call'

From The Huffington Post: "Anheuser-Busch Exec Says Bud Light Controversy Was An 'Important Wake-Up Call...'"

No kidding? Advertising your best selling beer with the latest Globalist degenerate narrative was "An 'Important Wake-Up Call?" The arrogance, the stupidity and imbecility here are breathtaking!

"Bud Light sales were down 24% from a year ago, driven by conservative outrage... that followed a Bud Light partnership with transgender influencer Dylan Mulvaney..."

This is not a conservative outrage, this is an American outrage and the fact that Anheuser-Busch is not aware of the fact shows that they are in lockstep with the Globalist pedophile degenerates.

A price war is beginning, That hard built 9% mkt share is up for grabs, and Bud/ImBev is NOT the only player. They are going to get raped and deserve it.

If the boycott stops, the only lesson Millie Woke Marketing Execs will learn is "Hey, all attention is good attention, and sales returned to normal anyway"

I want The Bud disaster to be the first topic in brand destruction and what not to do that every Business Major hears for the next 20 years in Marketing 101.

Looks like AB inBev has finally fired the agenda pushers in their marketing department. This according to private conversations with wholesalers.

Yep, and "If you don't buy our beer, you're hurting everyday people" is the first advertisement.

'So Unprecedented': Kevin O'Leary Says Bud Light Is The Gift That Keeps On Giving, Plans To Teach Its 25% Market Share Collapse To College Students

“Beer is a commodity, the only difference is brand, so you really have to protect your brand every way you can,” he said.

“If you don’t understand who’s buying your brand and you enrage them, which seems to be what happened here, you don’t know the outcome. And now we can measure it — 25% market share.”

O’Leary also intends to share the insight with his students.

“This is so extraordinary that I’m planning to teach it this fall in the colleges that I visit and guest lecture at. I’ve never seen a brand case like this one,” he said, later adding that “Bud Light is the gift that keeps on giving.”

My recommendation to Anheuser-Busch is to shutdown, turn off the lights and get lost. They are idiots.

Awesome. The prediction is coming to fruition hours after being made.

It's just too much of an easy and direct lesson for a business school instructor/lecturer to not use.

If you're offering 90% off your product on one of the biggest BBQ/Party weekends of the year, things are not going well.

Agreed, but this is a production/inventory issue. If retailers aren't moving it, the distributors inventory is at max and the production facility is at max. It was already made and paid for. The three stages to shelf are maxed out. No different than covid messing up supply chain. This is just from a boycott. It's not like you just drain the tanks and stop making it altogether.

Fact is this is just an advertising gimmick that hopefully clears up the backlog of cases and they can adjust production. People can get basically free beer. If it was your beer of choice they'll likely win you back. It's marketing and clearing out the supply chain. AND no one is talking about the tranny anymore, just that they're giving away free beer basically.

They make this right overnight by putting out a commercial that they made a mistake. Doesn't need to be manly and it should offend tranny's. Guess what, highly unlikely they even drink beer. Piss them off. It's okay to piss off tranny's and their friends, they likely never drank the beer anyway.

'They Just Stopped Buying': Bud Light Is Now Selling For Less Than Water In Some US Warehouses
134   fdhfoiehfeoi   2023 Jul 6, 10:47am

They tried a new commercial, still got mocked. The brand is dead, never coming back. @Eric Holder feel free to add that to predictions, I'm fairly confident in the outcome.

The new display at the Supermarket (Winn Dixie) is 10 feet in height, festooned with token American symbols. It's $5 for 18 bottles after rebate, and nobody is buying.

Being a block off the beach this July 4th weekend, the place was jammed when I went in to buy some buns and rolls, and still the Bud languished unbrought. The other beer shelves were fairly picked through, about half-capacity, some areas totally empty. But the Blue Bud Light boxes were still completely full.

Great to see.

Costco updates their stock pretty often. If it doesn't sell, they stop carrying it.
138   AmericanKulak   2023 Jul 14, 10:51pm

Fantastic News on the Costco dump.

Don't believe the hype, any decline in Bud will be made up with other beers, the distributors will be fine. Pretty much no distributor depends solely on one company.
139   Eman   2023 Jul 14, 10:59pm

“Costco has not made any public comment on Bud Light and does not publicly discuss stocking decisions. So the question of whether the chain will fully remove Bud Light from its warehouse clubs remains open.”

This is a symbolic destruction.

I don't think companies should be allowed to engage in this bullshit. Destroying a brand, a label, even if it doesn't harm the company, is still sending a message of "stop with this shit".

This makes sense in red Florida. Hell, even in deep blue California the Bud drinking is super way down. Halfway through an Angels game the Budweiser pavilion was empty and the few there were drinking other labels.

I think the difference between cancel culture and boycotts, one is done by fringe radicals who don't have the numbers, the other is done by the rest of us.
