Jury Selection: Prosecutors demand List of Donors who contributed to his defense fund with excuse they need it to exclude Jurists.

Prosecutors have demanded that a judge force Kyle Rittenhouse's defense team to turn over the names of everyone who donated to his legal funds or purchased the teen's merchandise.

In an August 17 court filing reviewed by Insider, prosecutors said it's likely that some of the people who donated to Rittenhouse are residents in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and therefore potentially part of the jury pool for his trial.

But it isn't the same as pre-planning ahead of time. "I am going to do this after I also planned to start beating on the wife first" let alone is his Black Supremacist views matter in any of that.

Look at the map of the area. This is the parade route:

Here's the map:

He was driving away from White Rock Elementary School on Whiterock Ave (Whiterock Ave and W. Main Street is where you see the green star and the school is north of that). He encountered parade participants on White Rock Road Ave and had police officer demand he stop when he came to the intersection of W. Main Street and Whiterock Ave. He didn't stop.

If he had gone straight or left, he would have left the parade - but he took a right onto W. Main Street where he encountered the parade. At this point he could have stopped, and reversed, and retreated, but instead he plowed through the more than 40 people.

He didn't act out of panic - either he's immensely retarded, or decided to purposely kill people.

Who knows what he planned to do that day when he woke up? The point is that he very intentionally murdered people at the end of that day and racial motivation cannot be discounted, although it's difficult to tell since Facebook has destroyed evidence in an attempt to protect him.

Stop splitting hairs on this. It could have POSSIBLY be premeditated murder that he's been planning for days, or maybe just plain old murder where he decided to do it once he saw a bunch of parade participants. Who cares? He purposely and quite intentionally murdered a bunch of people.

Facebook declared Kyle Rittenhouse guilty, silencing his defense in the court of public opinion

“We’ve designated the shooting in Kenosha a mass murder and are removing posts in support of the shooter,” Facebook announced barely a week after the event, as it began a truly epic campaign of censorship blatantly at odds with its professed support for free speech.

It’s not splitting hairs. Level of intent is literally the difference in 1st degree/2nd degree murder and manslaughter.

It doesn't matter if he planned it 2 weeks before, or decided to kill people once he took his right on East Main Street. It doesn't even matter if it's 1st or 2nd degree. He's done in society permanently. He killed 6 people and injured over 40. He's out of society permanently.

Unfortunately that’s not necessarily the case.

Absolutely it is.

James Alex Fields, Jr killed a woman by backing into a crowd in Charlottesville. He's in jail for life. He didn't drive through a crowd, and when he hit them, continue driving through a crowd. He might get out on good behavior at some point. He made some racist public statements, that's what REALLY screwed him.

I know our judicial system is VERY BROKEN, but a guy that just got out on bail for using his car to attempt to hit his ex-girlfriend isn't going to be able to walk away from this, ever. He's 40. He's going to die in prison. Doesn't matter what his public statements were either. It won't come up in court. He'll plea I bet - no reason not to.

It's pointless to ask "what exactly was his state of mind?" - who cares? Same outcome. What? Do you really want to know if he was a some racist that decided to kill white people because he had been misinformed by our media about Rittenhouse for a year?

Our "news" media is pure propaganda, they very well may have influenced him. Who cares? They are going to continue doing this, even if they are sued into oblivion by Rittenhouse. Our government, DIRECTLY, supports our "mainstream media". It's not ever going to go away until either our government goes through a MAJOR transformation or goes away itself. People are reluctant to understand this is the reality. Our press' MAIN JOB is to misinform the public on behalf of government narratives. They produce propaganda, and that's ALL they produce. They don't even claim to be factual anymore. There's been numerous lawsuits in which our "news" has admitted in court, under oath, that they have no obligation to report on facts and they have no obligation to tell the truth.

They can't libel or slander, but they can lie. They can lie about the effectiveness of vaccines, why the US is going to war, etc. That's entirely legal and that's their primary purpose to exist.

For this case, you're beating a dead horse if you're like "the media must be held accountable in some way if they influenced his state of mind!" - they will never be held accountable. People who still believe the "mainstream media" is news at all at this point, are fucking stupid, and they can't be corrected at this point. At this point if they haven't realized it by now, they can't realize it.

You are trying to make a connection that doesn’t really exist. Fact of the matter is that when this dude gets his day in court, state of mind and what the prosecution can prove will be the factors that will decide whether he stays in prison for 5-50 years or if he stays in prison for the rest of his life.

I will concede that politics have become way too involved in the judicial system but that’s a separate matter from what kind of crime a defendant gets convicted of and what sentence is received(most of the time…..we will see if the Chauvin case is overturned on appeal)

The best he can hope for is a mental asylum but that's a long shot.

We don't have a judicial system anymore.

Chauvin won't get an appeal. He doesn't have the money for it. People will forget him in another year just like they've forgotten who Dawit Kelete. Innocent people go to jail all the time. Unless the Innocence Project picks up Chauvin's case, he's not getting an appeal.

Probably not with Chauvin I'd bet, but with others.

The country will be in chaos in a few years anyhow.

As if the last couple years wasn't chaos. I do agree it will get worse before it gets better; if it gets better. In the mean time the BEST you can do is enjoy life and make a positive difference anyway you can.
