Dude, if the Nazis made a deal with extraterrestrials, the 3rd Reich would be ruling the world. With our current technology it would have been TRIVIAL to take over the planet in 1940. Imagine how easy it would be to sink a battleship with a modern day cruise missile, or to drop a nuclear bomb on a city with an ICBM. WWII would be fought within a week and won.

I always thought a fun science fiction premise would be that say, 150,000 years ago mankind established a few bases on the moon, and a cataclysm struck Earth destroying what was then a modern civilization on par or perhaps more advanced than our own, but the base survived and managed to become self sufficient over time, and developed. These descendants would be radically different from humans of today being raised in 1/6th gravity and going through evolution all that time, but they returned every now and then, but remained in the shadows.

That would be the most plausible explanation for extra-terrestrials. They might be able to get OFF the moon, but not return. Perhaps the diseases of Earth kept killing them, perhaps the Earth was too inhospitable to them after the cataclysm and people who attempted to returned quickly died in the chaos. You could have fun with it and drive the UFO nuts crazy with it because it's plausible.

What about the Chinese ladies bound feet, the Lotus foot, are those really aliens as well. If you start young enough, you can shape human bone into almost anything you want.
