Here's what I would have done. I would have used thermal cameras and use them to detect motion. You've seen a ring camera I'm certain, all it's doing is detecting pixel changes, and when it happens, those changes are recorded. When nothing is happening it doesn't send data, that's why a battery lasts so long. The reason I'd use a thermal camera is it works night and day. The amounts of photons emitted by a warm body will rarely, if ever, be matched to the number of photons emitted from the air or cloud cover. The entire fucking wall is only like 40 miles long. I've gone on longer hikes.

I'm not the most brilliant person on the planet, and I'm doubtful nobody figured out what Amazon has done.

I'm pointing out how absolutely trivial it is to monitor a wall that is 40 miles long. It can be entirely automated. Cameras that you think of are 30 years old, like videocameras, even the cheapest piece of shit phone has a camera, and that's $50. Cameras on a phone you would use have more resolution than your eye does, you don't have enough receptors in your eye to see all the detail, but it's cheap, so why not? The "retina display" of the iPhone from what, 10, 15 years ago, had higher resolution than any human being can perceive.

You know what a camera costs? $5. That's what it costs to make, because they are made in bulk. There's a whole profit line, so it adds up.

We have these stealth aircraft, guess what you can't mask? Heat. That's trivial to detect and you cannot mask it. You don't need to actively bounce photons off from an aircraft to detect it now. Cameras are super, fucking, cheap. Seriously, how did they get back into Gaza? That entire place is monitored and actively controlled by military checkpoints. Our media doesn't talk about this.

The entire world is monitored with satellites, and you know where low earth orbit is? 120 miles up. Google maps is reduced image quality. What you see on that is 30 years out of date and it's still pretty amazing.

This is one of the better comments I've seen on the topic. First we don't need to be involved. 2nd, BOTH countries/territories have problems to figure out. I don't think the US should have prevented Israel from being created, however, I think the US shouldn't be fucking lying all the time on Israel's behalf.

US policies NEVER EVER learn from past mistakes. The US attack Iraq, and now it's controlled by Iran. It attacked Syria, and nothing has changed other than the people have been hurt - Syria isn't a huge oil producer. The US has been shouting off their fucking mouths about Iran having a nuclear weapons program, when Israel does.
