Back in the earliest days of what would become PatNet, we worried about the housing bubble.

Full disclosure - I was a lurker here since about 2007. It convinced me to not buy a house, and I'm still renting. Kept my powder dry and I've got the liquid asset stockpile - not enough yet, but I was a late starter.

Now, we have more things to worry about:

WWIII
Demographic collapse
Golohomoho

How many of you ever even imagined it would potentially get this bad?

Just to cheer you up, it's supposed to get a lot worse before it gets better. Maybe not yams and face on the barbie bad, but bad.

Gird your loins. The Pandora's Box of spring loaded terrors is here.

Yes, there still needs to be some kind of reckoning for the excessive debt created during the housing bubble and the printing during the scamdemic.

Thanks @Patick - the contrarian route is the road least traveled, and potentially more difficult. My most contrarian bets have fortunately reaped the most rewards. The Fourth Turning is upon us. Let's hope we and our families are all safe and prepared.

I was once chastised by Patrick, for being too confrontational concluding every debate with the Patnet Liberals by calling them commies.
I don't think he would have sent that email today in context to the same discussions.
